The place is amazing, great people and great SPA, the breakfast buffet is very variable, many choices to select. The big garden us just great. Surely I will return very soon. Totally recomended for more than one night.

Friendly team, excellent location, and great room! We went to a country music show, and it was worth it. Nice experience. Breakfast was OK. The room has a nice view of a mini forest. I would certainly recommend it.

El lugar es maravilloso, algo alejado, lo que genera un ambiente tranquilo y silencioso, pero aún así está muy cerca de las playas en auto. La cama era maravillosa, exquisita y suave. La atención en general de todos es muy buena. El desayuno muy rico y variado. El spa es espectacular, el circuito del agua fue estupendo y los masajes 10/10.

Tremenda experiencia. Muy recomendado . La ubicación privilegiada, cerca de la playa pero en un bosque, algo poco común en la zona. Buenísimo el desayuno , y la atención. Check in/ out rápidos, y muy limpio todo . Aplaudos al personal y espero volver!!

vinimos en familia ; tuvimos quizas mala suerte porque llovio mucho andavamos con niños pero nos vamos con sensacion que es hotel mas parejero que familiar, no hay nada que puedan hacer niños Ademas permiten perros y no lo dicen cuando reservas

Excelente atención y amabilidad de la gente. El control sanitario es ejemplar, muy ordenado todo y con control de aforo y estado de salud al ingresar. Sugiero que mejoren las almohadas, estan planas. Mas foco en estado de las ampolletas y limpieza de alguno muros que muestran manchas de insectos. Puedes moverte a la playa caminando a 20 minutos. Supermercado a minutos.

Me encantó el hotel, sus servicios y personal realmente una gran experiencia, ni hablar de las comidas tanto en el restaurante como la cafetería, nada que decir de la piscina temperada que fue un placer

Excelente iría muchas veces, visuales hermosas y contacto con la naturaleza, muy buena atención, desayunos de primera, habitaciones amplias y limpias, minibosque privado hermoso, excelente ubicación un poco apartado lo cual propicia la relajación pero cerca de la playa de Reñaca y de Viña del Mar lo cual hace fácil llegar desde el hotel.

Siempre hay un pero en los hoteles, pero este me sorprendió todo muy genial, la habitación es hermosa, la cama muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas, no se escucha nada de otras habitaciones o del Exterior excepto en los pasillos si es que pasa alguien y grita o se ríen, la piscina climatizada una maravilla, el Desayuno fue Perfecto todo lo que había muy rico y el personal siempre preocupados de que estes comod@ en tu estadía , muchas gracias, definitivamente volvería
