Buen alojamiento, antiguo pero limpio, personal muy amable, lo que me molesto es que en el desayuno me preguntaron dos veces el día domingo de qué habitación era y el desayuno no estaba listo a las 8:00 am, pero el desayuno bastante bueno.
Sugiero mejorar el horario del desayuno, empezar a las 8:00 es muy tarde para los que vamos a trabajar o estudiar en fin de semana.

We had a super stay at Gala Hotel for one week, the time to find a flat in Viña. Room was super spacious, with a nice view. The cleaning was perfect and the staff super friendly. Don’t expect a luxurious hotel but at this price the value for money was excellent, with a buffet breakfast included. The location is also ideal, in the center of Viña, and very close to restaurants and groceries. Thanks again, we’ll recommend your hotel!

Nice hotel. Good price Spacious and clean rooms Close to points of interest, beach, flower clock, restaurants. Approximately 2 km from the shop. A good option to go for a walk. We had to leave early and they kindly discounted the stay.

The hotel is located in an area with a lot of daytime movement, with businesses and many bus lines to different places. Very complete breakfast. At night you can also eat there. The rooms have a very nice view of the sea, have a minibar and comfortable beds. The people at the reception are very attentive and quick to solve problems. We had difficulties with the wifi.

Old hotel with new website. Kind of booby hunter. Well located. Self-perceived as 4 stars when in reality they are bordering on 3. Spacious rooms. Hot water that takes a while to arrive and doesn't last long at some times. Door opening card readers that require cards to be constantly rewritten. Cleanliness is poor. Very basic breakfast in relation to the prices paid. Attentive staff and experts in quick responses. For unpretentious stays!!
