They didn't want to honor our reservation because they asked us for a mobility pass, which wasn't even in the reservation confirmation and nowhere did it say that you had to have it and much less how to process it, we traveled from Mexico and they didn't even care about that, it almost didn't matter to us. They said do it whatever you want, TERRIBLE service, zero empathy and above all ZERO communication with customers.
