Limited parking in a busy street. Breakfast is mediocre, food from supermarket. The beach area nearby dirty. An average sity hotel.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel. Clean, modern and on a very nice location. Staff was very friendly.

We loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was well-equipped, comfortable and had a sea view. It was conveniently located at the oceanfront and we were able to walk to many restaurants, shops and sites in Vina del Mar. We used it as a base so we could day-trip to other nearby areas, such as Valparaiso, Cachagua and Zapallar.

Very nice location next to the beach. The bed was too soft for me personally. The A/V was too complicated so we skipped it. Clean rooms.

Excellent location by the shore. It’s worth paying extra for the ocean view. The price for breakfast seemed high so we explored the neighborhood with unexpected benefits.

Attractive lobby, great view of the ocean close to restaurant "Tierra del Fuego".

This was a truly unique hotel. Comfortable and with a great view. The breakfast is outstanding. The staff all super helpful and interesting. It was easy to get around from the hotel as well.
