Ibis Styles Chambéry Centre Gare

When we arrived no parking at reception I was told that it hadn't marked PARKING so that meant no parking!! We are on vacation so we will not turn in the night to find a place so PAID PARKING 10EUROS per night for 4 days

While passing through Chambéry, we booked for 2 adults and 1 1 year old child. When we arrive, we ask if the baby bed is in the room and to our great surprise, the receptionist tells us that they don't have one. We had to prop it up with cushions in the sofa bed... We would have understood if they no longer had any, but that they don't have any, that seems inconceivable to us. In addition, the bedding is not exceptional, the soundproofing between the rooms is brief (we could hear the neighboring bathroom and a cell phone vibrating), the bathroom is basic and in great need of renovation and the breakfast is very simple. Fortunately the staff we met were friendly although helpless. In short, not at the level of the Ibis Styles and other Accor hotels. Too bad, we won't see us there again.

L'emplacement ideal, pré de la gare, des commerces, de musée d'art. Chambres très propres, service irréprochable. Très grand merci à Mme Carron Sandine qui a été à l'écoute tout le temps pendant notre long sejour, nous a assisté tout le temps avec profesionalism, compétence et amabilité extraordinaire. Dinu FOTESCU et Ioana chambre 401.

Personnel très agréable. Ceci n’est pas un ibis style comme j’en connais d’autres. Aucun repère en terme de décoration, prestations dans la chambre. Chambre, parties communes sont vieillissantes. Déjà à l’extérieur la façade est à refaire.
