ENERGY PARK HOTEL

First time in this hotel, renovated like new. After 2 months of opening. I booked a double room on the website with a credit card. Upon check-in at 3 pm, they gave me the card to access the room, but unfortunately it wasn't what I expected from a 4-star hotel. It was small, without a bidet or a balcony. It was cramped and had no air circulation due to its small size. Not satisfied, I went back to the concierge, who kindly showed me another room, saying he would ask about the price. After a while, he called me and said it was the same price as the previous room. I confirmed and accepted. I went back to the hotel after leaving my bags and he called me back and told me that I had to pay a supplement of 9 euros. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, I replied, "Okay." When I returned to the hotel at 11 p.m., he immediately demanded the 9 euros. The concierge, I replied, "Since I'll pay late tomorrow morning, when I left, I said no, no. It's better right away." During my stay, I noticed that the shower towel was one, not two, as were the slippers. A roll of toilet paper had already been used, and the sink had limescale marks that were not very clean. The fan was very loud during the night, as well as the LED fire extinguisher on the ceiling above the bed, which was annoying. Lastly, during the night, at 4 a.m., the air conditioning pipe was dripping from the ceiling, making a noise and preventing a peaceful night. We didn't sleep a wink. The terrace was nice, but not divided. no privacy no shutters .. at 5 in the morning we left I notified the new concierge. When we checked out the lady was not even interested in how the stay went. Soggiorno deludente. Prenotato 2 camere matrimoniali superior. Camere estremamente piccole a stento ci si riusciva a muovere e il bagno era minuscolo. Nelle stanze matrimoniali che avevamo prenotato c’erano asciugamani, tazza del caffè e altre dotazioni per una sola persona. Abbiamo chiamato reception per avere il necessario.
