The hotel is one of the best in BAD Ragaz. Friendly staff. Conveniently located to the thermal baths and the train station. The bus stop to the mountain is a couple of minutes from the hotel, free of charge. Breakfast with mustard. You can order additionally from the menu, but the regular breakfast was enough for me. Fruits and pastries are available all day. There is a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. It is more profitable to order on a tripcom than on an island.

The hotel is not in the city, it takes 40 minutes to drive to the city. There is a church next to it. The town is very quiet. There are several western restaurants downstairs at night. It is just that it is inconvenient to buy things in the supermarket because it closes very early. We went to the supermarket at around 7 o'clock and it was closed. The hotel is in the center of the town

I have stayed here many times and it is always a high quality hotel. The service, cleanliness and breakfast were impeccable, and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Within walking distance from the train station and restaurants. The room was comfortable and well appointed. A unique feature was that in order to have electricity we had put the key card in a specific slot . The only time I've ever seen that was in Costa Rica. I guess it's their way to conserve energy.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
The area around the hotel is lovely with easy access to the train station and hiking trails.
Breakfast is very good.
The only small downside is the lack of an onsite restaurant in the evening, although there is plenty in the area.
