What a wonderful surprise finding this hotel, restaurant, and bar. Great staff! Very welcoming! Superb quality! Very relaxing environment. The outside sitting area was great for having a wine after a day's drive. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve. Large and clean room, the location of the hotel is excellent because it is located halfway from Merano and Bolzano and if one does not want to use the car it is well served by public transport, bus and train. The stops are a few meters from the structure. The owners are super nice and welcoming.

Booked here because those known to us didn't have room. Hotel that does not look like a three star. We were given an attic room on the second floor without a lift with velux which obviously did not open completely, no air conditioning, TV with only two channels visible (and listenable), luckily also the bathroom with velux (and therefore it was possible do a minimum of air circulation at night). Small pool with very little space around it. Half board without the possibility of choosing the menu; dined at the tables in the bar and not in the dining room with the smoke of the patrons of the outside tables entering. Still good food, good choice of wines; very nice owner who speaks 4 languages. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel, very clean and with a swimming pool available to customers. The rooms are large and tidy, but fairly inexpensive furnishings. Unfortunate location at an intersection. In the heat of these days it was necessary to sleep with the windows open because it was not equipped with air conditioning, and the street noises are anything but comfortable. Moral sleepless night is like being in a sauna. Not having the classic bottle of water in the room, we ordered it for the "modest" amount of € 4.50. Figure that does not move my life but I find out of place. Breakfast does not include and costs 19 euros buffet. Value for money not happy. I am very sorry because the staff are really very kind.

Eravamo due coppie ed abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, simpatico e sempre pronto a fornirti indicazioni, sia prima dell’arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Adagiato in un piccolo paese, Vilpiano, l'hotel ci ha regalato un soggiorno indimenticabile. I padroni di casa ci hanno accolto con un'ospitalita' unica . Ci hanno fatto sentire il calore della nostra terra. La location, con lo giusto spirito natalizio , è vicina alla stazione di pulman e treno.
