One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.

The location is right at the heart of the city center and all attractions are within walking distance. The bed is one of the best I have ever slept in with memory foam. However the design and the layout of the bedroom and bathroom needs improvement as the shower and bathtub are separate units, looks weird and small and narrow. Old railing/shelf needs to be removed in the shower area as I keep hitting it. Wifi connection is good. Breakfast food is standard nothing outstanding. There are not much selection of fruits and using spoon to scoop the muesli is quite silly. I would expect to see omelets there but were not catered there for a 5 stars hotel like Novotel. Overall the stay was comfortable just missed out the usual Novotel hospitality I have expected.

So I have not even seen my room yet because I have arrived early, but I think I can give my assessment. I ordered an airport transfer with the hotel and was quoted a set price of €20. I can’t tell you how much drama agreeing to this airport transfer caused. As they said, the driver was waiting for me in the hall with my name. But when I got in the car he informed me that there was no set price and that it would be on a meter. So I called the hotel and they assured me that it should’ve been a set price. They were going to call the company to straighten it out. But by the time I arrived at the hotel, I hadn’t heard any information. I ended up just paying him. Now on the metered fair, it came out to €28 instead of €20. It’s not that the money was so crazy. But just as a comparison, if I had ordered an Uber, I would’ve paid €10. What I didn’t like is that the hotel did not do anything to compensate for this discrepancy. Instead they told me that as of that morning, there was a new set price of €27. Which cannot possibly be true because the driver did not tell me there was a set price of €27, he put it on a meter and it so happened that it came out to €27. Above all, I think people want to feel that they are dealing with an honest hotel. And here, I can already say that this does not appear to be an honest hotel. Even if something had happened to the price, as a courtesy they could’ve offered me a free cup of coffee and I would’ve let it go. The only reason I have given it two stars is that the price of the hotel is cheap. I am hoping that the room is at least decent. If it is not, then I would give the place zero stars and will be downgrading this review even more.

We were on the 5th floor with great vistas of the city. Our room was warm and comfy and we enjoyed 2 nights there. We ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was very nice but it was a bit pricey so definitely cheaper to eat in town. It was very handy for breakfasts just being situated across from a world famous fast food outlet where we went each morning. The hotel was well situated for walking trips into the city which we did each day.

The beautiful hotel is located in the old town of Vilnius. It is quite new, accordingly the equipment is very good. My single room was a little small, but it is enough for a person and for a night in the city. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately there was no refrigerator. The check-in was very professional and efficient. The hotel has a contract with a parking area nearby, it is about 600m walk from the hotel. For only 8 euros you can park your vehicle there (as agreed with the reception). The breakfast was in order but still extensive, for example, it lacked normal milk. There was only lactose-free milk that even tasted acid. All in all, it is a nice hotel and I recommend it to everyone for a stay in Vilnius.

The room is large and the view is very good, you can look out into the old town. There is parking space; breakfast is varied, rich in nutrition, and very local characteristics, very perfect stay.

ABSOLUTLY NOT RECOMMENDED! WE BOOKED 2 DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022 FOR A RAMMSTEIN CONCERT. AT THIS POINT THEY HAD A LOT OF ROOMS FREE AND OFFERED IT IN ***********. IN MAI 2023 (7 month later!) THEY CANCELED OUR ROOMS (2 DOUBLE ROOMS) WITH THE CASE ”SORRY - OUR HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED”. BUT THE REAL AND TRUE CASE WAS, THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS TO OTHER GUESTS CAUSE OF RARLY AVAILABLE ROOMS IN MAY 2023/VILNIUS. WE ORGINALLY PAID 599 EURO FOR ONE WEEK TOTAL FOR BOTH DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022. IN MAI 2023 THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS FOR OVER AROUND 2000 EURO+ PER WEEK (EACH ROOM!). FROM THE BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW ITS SURLY WISE BUT ITS REALLY REALLY UNFAIR TO THE GUESTS TO F*CK THEIR LONG PLANNED HOLIDAYS IN THE LAST MOMENT BEFOR THE TRAVEL BEGINS. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIND ANOTHER PAYABLE HOTEL IN VILNIUS SO WE HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING 30KM OUTSIDE OF VILNIUS CITY. WE HAD TO USE BOLT/UBER TAXIS EVERY DAY AND WE HAD ALOT OF EXTRA COSTS CAUSE OF THIS OUTRAGEOUS HOTEL. WE ARE VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AND I WILL POST THIS STORY WHEREVER I CAN! UNBELIEVABLE!

The Ibis Centrum is located approximately 12 minutes walk from the old town over the river into the new quarter. It is on the opposite side of the city to the train and bus station. My advice would be either to get a cab (25 euros!!), Uber or bus to the hotel. The airport bus also has a stop close by. Check-in was quick, friendly and professional. My mobility assist room was located on the 4th floor. Their are two lifts and both were working. The room was large, light, modern and airy with standard ibis decor and fittings. A flat screen tv, hanging space, writing desk and air con, the double bed (2 x singles together) was extremely firm - too firm for me personally but others might prefer a hard bed. The shower room was extremely large and spotless clean. My only wish is that ibis provide a shelf in the shower area to put your shower paraphernalia on. Not easy having to constantly bend to the floor to pick up shampoo etc. On the ground floor of the hotel next to reception is a lounge area, children’s play area, bar and breakfast room (ibis kitchen). Breakfast is the standard ibis Fayre of hot and cold food. The croissants were particularly large and very good! I did use the ibis kitchen for a casual dinner. The pasta dish was fine. I would have liked more choice though. Note that the hotel does have an underground car park, and accepts well behaved dogs (supplement). Despite the poor wet weather? I enjoyed my stay at the ibis centrum. On a final note their was one particular member of staff I would like to commend. A blonde haired lady (sorry I did not get her name) who worked the ibis kitchen and bar was extremely helpful towards me. She offered to carry my breakfast tray (I use a walking stick) , and when ordering drinks (pot of tea for 2 euros is a bargain) she brought them personally to my table. She is a credit to the hotel. I really liked the hostel, room smelled very nice, and was decorated with love. Realy appreciated the welcoming letter ♥️ 🌲Very atmospheric garden and love that you can grill there. 🌲Very good morning coffe. I love the rustic hippy / Pipi Langstrumpf style! 🔥Easygoing and chill. Now the bad parts: Sorry but i hate the toilet situation there.🙈💩 Often times there was no soap (yes i kindly asked staff to refill, but next day same thing). You have to put used toilet paper in a bin (without a lid) 🙈 Very weak flushing. The ventilation was not strong enough so the air felt damp. I had to gag several times and felt like puking sorry. Also if you have an opnenbin with used toilet paper, of course it will be dampy and eww. A lot of people used the bathrooms, so i had to run up and down but no empty one in mornings. There are no pissoirs, so it frequently happened that nasty men peed standing, causing pee splatters everywhere.(mostly night time) I simply could not poop my whole stay, had to go over to the newly build 'fancy' food hall, which had nice toilets. With good flushing. Good pooping there👌 Would stay there again if i had a room with private toilet.

It was not the first time we rested in the Vilnius Grand Resort hotel. Stayed 3 times in deluxe rooms and many times in superior. This time there was an improved room, but I had never seen such furniture before - a chest of drawers made of pine 30 years old. It was impossible to look directly. There is no light curtain on the window - no comfort. But the bed is snow-white, the bath is super clean. Breakfast is worthless. Overcooked bacon, dry old herring, not even fried eggs. Breakfast deteriorated We put good coffee machines, and saved money to buy decent coffee. The advertised SPA is practically inaccessible - there are parents with children. There is a way out - we pay 19th and go to the new SPA. It's wonderful there.
