It's a 10 minute walk from the international bus stop, and a supermarket and market are next door. The Gate of Dawn, the entrance to the old city, is also right in front of you.
Breakfast was also delicious. The room is spacious and the water pressure in the shower is good. There is no kettle in the room, but there is a water server near the entrance, so it's not a problem.
I think this is the perfect hotel for sightseeing.
The room was spacious, however a bit dark to our liking… it was a convenient location for us to explore Vilnius.

This should be one of the best hotels in Vilnius. There are many luxury cars parked in the yard, but I feel it is just at the level of three stars in Beijing. The room is very small, there are no toiletries and kettles. The location is very city center, but to be honest, Vilnius is very small, so you have to make do with it.
Spacious room with living room and low table.
Deco is obsolete but completely in the hotel style.
The sdb is more modern.
The hotel is very beautiful.
No car park nearby or very expensive, so you need to walk because in the heart of the old town.
Breakfast is suckled with high quality products and a good service.
The spa is free but very disappointing: a small very cold pool, a sauna and it's all.
Hotel location is good, the environment is good, but in the old city pedestrian street, taxi is not convenient. Said to be a four-star hotel, even Samsung can not reach, the door face is particularly small, not easy to find. The most important thing is that I booked and prepaid, there is no room, let me go to another hotel, people are in a foreign land, it is a helpless! But Ctrip is still good, and compensation is a comfort.
The location was great and we were allowed to check out an hour later, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the air conditioning constantly made a whistling noise. After checking out, €4.50 was deducted from our credit card deposit for a coke that we didn't take (we didn't take anything from the minibar). The issue was resolved and the €4.50 was refunded, but it was still a bit annoying and the communication didn't go quite smoothly. But what should also be highlighted positively was the delicious breakfast and the friendly service staff at breakfast.
Good hotel but staff and communication 0. I booked an Exclusive Queen Room in advance and at arrival I get a room where my bag just fits into the bedroom. After a few times to the reception, it was always heard that this was the only room available, so I paid for the most expensive room (128 euros per night) and I get the cheapest room, which shouldn't have been done. The next day, at the end of the day I got a room for which I paid.but I don't have anything to do with it. When I arrived at the hotel, I had a major deal in the city. This could not continue because I had to go to the bar for more than 2 hours (if I was assigned that evening in an inappropriate room) and I'm going to try to upload a photo of that ”exclusive queen room”.

Excellent
JJen N.I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was on the 5th floor and I loved the view of the mural on the opposite building. The bed was cozy with 6 pillows and I had a restful sleep in it. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The breakfast was good, they had nice options to choose from. The lady at the bar area in the restaurant was pleasant when I asked for hot chocolate, as I couldn’t find the option on the coffee machine. Turns out they have 3 machines but the one behind doesn’t make hot chocolate. I liked the swing and spent some minutes on it after taking a stroll to a nearby restaurant in the evening.
On the downside, I noticed water marks on the table top in the bedroom and sink. It seemed like the surface had not been wiped in since the last stay. I also noticed hair strands on the sink counter in the bathroom. I assumed there would be bathroom slippers and I didn’t come with mine, but there wasn’t and the bathroom floor was a bit cold. Guess I should always have mine handy ☺️. Overall, it was nice
EEU travelera bit far away from bus and train station , but it is in a very nice location , kind of newly developed area (not the old town) , which is quite nice , not so noisy. Inside the hotel everything is new , all in all definitely worth to stay there.
GGuest UserThis boutique hotel was conveniently located near the old town of Vilnius in rooms that were originally monk cells. The hotel is right next to the St. Theresa Church and the Gate of Dawn which are two interesting attractions to check out if you're in Vilnius. There are quite a few shops and restaurants nearby as well.
We booked because the prices were very fair considering the location and we saw a review that said the parking was free. The parking is no longer free and costs 12 Euros a day which is still a decent price. A city tax of 2 euros per person per night was collected upon check in.
The beds in the twin room we booked were very comfy and they had good pillows too. The room was very quiet and we got a good night's rest here. The room did not have AC but did have a radiator where you could control the dial. The room was a little stuffy but leaving the window opened solved this quickly. We appreciated the workspace, tea station and wardrobe in our room. The bathroom was nice too and had great shower pressure and a warming rack for towels. There is body wash and shampoo provided but the packets are a bit on the smaller side. It is important to note that you need to put the cleaning sign on the door in the morning or the room will not be cleaned. Cleaning included stocking up toiletries and changing towels.
The breakfast was just a bit more when we booked and we enjoyed it. There were these apple stuffed crepe pancakes each day that were delicious and enough food to get the day started. The breakfast is set in a monk's dining hall and we felt that was pretty cool.
GGuest UserIf I had only one word to describe this hotel, it would be: stylish!
From the entrance, the reception, the lobby, the breakfast room (with a glass roof!), the hotel restaurant, the staircase and the rooms: everything is coordinated with a lot of turquoise as the basic tone, metal, wood, and: funny figures in the flower boxes 🙂. Very appealing, you immediately feel at home.
The people who work here also contribute to this (special thanks to Lukas from reception! 🙂 and the ladies and gentlemen from the breakfast service were on the ball and very attentive and nice).
The breakfast (in a great atmosphere) was completely sufficient for me (but I'm not a big eater in the morning anyway).
I had a room in the inner courtyard (with a view of the glass roof of the breakfast room) - I've never slept so peacefully in a hotel. Which was probably also due to the very comfortable bed.
The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom: the glass partition on the bathtub is definitely too small - I had to dry the bathroom after every shower; perhaps that is also a reason why it wasn't cleaned every day, even though my ”Clean up” sign was hanging outside. The cleaning staff may think that the guest has to clean the bathroom after showering anyway, so I can save myself the trouble... 😂
But that really should be the only criticism of this gem of a hotel.
The rest - as already described - is simply great!
Others have already written enough about the location and facilities, I have nothing to add to that.
GGuest UserThe hotel is 15 minutes walk from the airport. To the bus station / railway station - about 10 minutes. ride. (Taxi cost us 4 euros). 24/7 reception - convenient for arriving/departing at night. Purely. Service at a high level. They speak Russian (if necessary). The breakfasts are excellent. I would say one of the best selections for a continental breakfast. The hotel is decorated in an interesting ”industrial” style. The very high ceilings in the room we stayed in gave an extra sense of space.
The only downside I found was the weak water pressure in the shower.
AAI CHEN CHUALocation is superb as it is walking distance from places of interest. There are restaurants and bars right next to hotel. I stayed over a weekend and it maybe so suitable for light sleepers like me. Very happening throughout night.
SSANGHYUNLocation is not bad. Good value for money hotel.
I think you can use it when the price is low.
Then have a pleasant trip.
Breakfast is delicious.
NNzubechukwu OnyiwaraI booked a studio apartment for a few nights during my stay in Vilnius after having issues with my first booking. I booked the lodging on my ride over from the other place and within 20 minutes, I was checked into the flat.
The customer service guy I spoke with on the phone was a very helpful and stand-up guy, pity I didn't get his name.
What's more? The flat was very clean with all amenities in place. I loved my stay. Didn't really want to leave but alas all things must have an end
AAnonymous User5 min walk from Vilnius bus or train station. Very convenient. The standard room is the old rooms, clean but old style. Only shampoo is provided. A small desk, side table and tv. Room is small. No change in breakfast menu. We ate for 6 days, boring.
Service is just average, could be improved, didn't clean room though we put the sign at the door.
