Do not stay here !!!!!!!!
avoid this hotel. No staff on site. ad to call to get instructions to get in. No heat. Had to plug in refrigerator to make it work. No free parking from 8AM to 8PM. Fined7 euros because did not know it was free. Paid 18 euros to park the next day. Next day 2 towels replaced. No new tea bags, garbage not emptied and comforters not even straightened. Beds were terrible, went down I foot whensat on. Not all hall lights worked. Asked to leave 8 euros for city tax. Very BAD experience.

The problem was there was no one at the front desk to contact. I idi not receive sms messages on my phone and had to rely on strangers to phone for check in information.

Great location, clean cozy rooms. no problems encountered at all no reception, but access code was emailed on the day of check in, all was smooth beware of City tax which is understandable, i just wish they included it in the price rather than springing it up on us on the last day

We waited outside and couldn’t check in since there was no one staffed and no one answering the phone. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good .

The reception desk was not open, and despite the booking notice, I did not receive a code for the front door to get in. There is no zircon in the room, so you had to leave the window open, but over the road are pubs with loud and late music. The area apparently is a red light district too. It was not unsafe, but noisy and though the night. One night I was woken at 3am with noise outside. In the room, the shower nozzle holder was loose, so you had to hold the nozzle. One of the sliding glass doors of the shower didn't work, the light inside the entry to the room did not work and there was no switch for the bedside lamp. The TV was not switched on and there was no remote control for it anyway. Location is great for the railway station and into the old town. Price was OK, but overall not great.

Terrible hotel communication. Booked 2 rooms by phone, received confirmation by sms, later on hotel cancelled our reservation by sms, at0:17 am. not answering to any phonecalls. Similar situation as for other reviews- confirmed price for 50 eur/room, cancelled and added 250 eur/room on booking. Strong recommendation to avoid such hotels.

Very nice cozy hotel with a distinctive "old" feeling to it. Located at walking distance from train and bus station as well as the nearby city centre. They do not offer breakfast which is not a problem due to the abundance of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Also they do not seem to have any receptionist but you can enter the hotel via a code provided by the staff prior to arrival. Highly recommended!

Convenient for railway station and Old Town.
Despite booking a city view, this was not available - claimed to be subject to availability. Bedside lights did not work, no ceiling fan, poor offering of tea bags, no room service, room cleaning haphazard at best - occasional making of bed, failure to clean glasses and mugs. After 3 days, the lights in the elevator failed.
When I pointed these issues to the occasional receptionist, I was told that if I didn't like the hotel, I could always find another hotel.
