High praise for this hotel and its employees. Our group of nine booked five rooms and each was well-appointed, affordable, clean, and in good condition. The Communication & Quality Manager, Erika S. and her front desk staff were attentive, helpful, and made us feel valued. We loved the buffet breakfasts and on our last morning there, she made sure we had boxed breakfasts to take to the airport for our early morning flight. The location was perfect -- we could walk to old town over the bridge in just ten minutes and also walk a block to a local convenience store. Erika arranged airport transportation for our large group (fixed rate we agreed upon in advance) through a local company that we then continued to use for other travel as needed. We were on the 5th floor with great vistas of the city. Our room was warm and comfy and we enjoyed 2 nights there. We ate one evening in the restaurant and the food was very nice but it was a bit pricey so definitely cheaper to eat in town. It was very handy for breakfasts just being situated across from a world famous fast food outlet where we went each morning. The hotel was well situated for walking trips into the city which we did each day.

The location is right at the heart of the city center and all attractions are within walking distance. The bed is one of the best I have ever slept in with memory foam. However the design and the layout of the bedroom and bathroom needs improvement as the shower and bathtub are separate units, looks weird and small and narrow. Old railing/shelf needs to be removed in the shower area as I keep hitting it. Wifi connection is good. Breakfast food is standard nothing outstanding. There are not much selection of fruits and using spoon to scoop the muesli is quite silly. I would expect to see omelets there but were not catered there for a 5 stars hotel like Novotel. Overall the stay was comfortable just missed out the usual Novotel hospitality I have expected.

when we arrived at the hotel, we did not find a room ready for us. then they let us into the room, but there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. I found probably the cleaner's hair in the bedclothes, it made me very angry. the toilet does not flush, the shower faucet breaks. The next morning we went to breakfast, a very unpleasant canteen worker, a blonde girl… one plus is that the bed is good and comfortable! But I don't recommend it!🤮🤮🤮

The transportation is convenient, very close to the train and bus terminal. The breakfast is rich and the room facilities are complete and tidy. There is a large supermarket opposite and very close to the old town. The front desk staff is always smiling.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was on the 5th floor and I loved the view of the mural on the opposite building. The bed was cozy with 6 pillows and I had a restful sleep in it. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The breakfast was good, they had nice options to choose from. The lady at the bar area in the restaurant was pleasant when I asked for hot chocolate, as I couldn’t find the option on the coffee machine. Turns out they have 3 machines but the one behind doesn’t make hot chocolate. I liked the swing and spent some minutes on it after taking a stroll to a nearby restaurant in the evening. On the downside, I noticed water marks on the table top in the bedroom and sink. It seemed like the surface had not been wiped in since the last stay. I also noticed hair strands on the sink counter in the bathroom. I assumed there would be bathroom slippers and I didn’t come with mine, but there wasn’t and the bathroom floor was a bit cold. Guess I should always have mine handy ☺️. Overall, it was nice

THEY CANCELED OUR ROOMS (2 DOUBLE ROOMS) WITH THE CASE ”SORRY - OUR HOTEL IS OVERBOOKED”. BUT THE REAL AND TRUE CASE WAS, THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS TO OTHER GUESTS CAUSE OF RARLY AVAILABLE ROOMS IN MAY 2023/VILNIUS. WE ORGINALLY PAID 599 EURO FOR ONE WEEK TOTAL FOR BOTH DOUBLE ROOMS IN SEPTEMBER 2022. IN MAI 2023 THEY OFFERED THE ROOMS FOR OVER AROUND 2000 EURO+ PER WEEK (EACH ROOM!). FROM THE BUSINESS POINT OF VIEW ITS SURLY WISE BUT ITS REALLY REALLY UNFAIR TO THE GUESTS TO F*CK THEIR LONG PLANNED HOLIDAYS IN THE LAST MOMENT BEFOR THE TRAVEL BEGINS. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO FIND ANOTHER PAYABLE HOTEL IN VILNIUS SO WE HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING 30KM OUTSIDE OF VILNIUS CITY. WE HAD TO USE BOLT/UBER TAXIS EVERY DAY AND WE HAD ALOT OF EXTRA COSTS CAUSE OF THIS OUTRAGEOUS HOTEL. WE ARE VERY VERY DISAPOINTED AND I WILL POST THIS STORY WHEREVER I CAN! UNBELIEVABLE!

Good location, right next to the church. Ordered it because it is a chain hotel and chose a balcony room for two nights. It is the best and most expensive hotel in the local Vilnius. Room facilities are ok, but not comparable to domestic Kempinski. But then temporarily need to continue to live another day, the original room can not be renewed and the hotel front desk said it was full. Booked on Ctrip, given it. Thanks to Ctrip. Please note in particular that the hotel gave a triangular attic-like room on the far side, reached out to open the roof skylight, and accidentally met when waking up. Because I only stayed one night, I didn't bother to toss. Please confirm the room type and price with Ctrip and the hotel. The pictures are clearly marked. If you have no special circumstances when booking, please do not book this room type. That's bad. If you run into it, you must jump up and scold it for such a low price / performance ratio.
