I booked two nights using a Wonderbox I received as a gift. Easy booking and subsequent and immediate confirmation via email. Cozy place and great breakfast. Ideal location for visiting both Bolzano and the Val di Non. The manager Mariano gave us excellent advice on what to visit. I will definitely return

Ho trovato questo meraviglioso hotel di montagna durante una ricerca per una weekend fuori porta durante i mercatini di Natale di Bolzano e Merano ed alcune parate di Krampus nei dintorni, e l'esperienza è stata davvero impeccabile. Si tratta di una struttura a conduzione familiare che sa come far sentire gli ospiti a casa, con un’accoglienza calorosa e un’attenzione ai dettagli che raramente si trova altrove. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, era deliziosa e abbondante, composta da una ampia varietà di torte, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. Le camere erano estremamente pulite, curate nei minimi particolari e dotate di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato molto la comodità del parcheggio disponibile in loco.Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato il personale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire consigli su cosa visitare, dove parcheggiare giù in città etc. Il sorriso e la loro professionalità hanno reso il soggiorno piacevole. Il signor Mariano ci ha accolti in tarda serata offrendoci dei dolcetti nel caso non avessimo cenato, dimostrando cosi cura e attenzione all'ospite fin dall'inizio.Nota aggiuntiva anche se non ci riguardava direttamente è che la struttura è "Pet friendly" quindi anche i vostri animali sono benvenuti. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un hotel tranquillo, ospitale e soprattuto pulito, durante una visita ai mercatini di Natale o per una vacanza in montagna. Se capito da quelle parti ci tornerò sicuramente!

Squisito albergo tra i boschi di Ruffrè a due passi dalle piste. Struttura tipica, pulita, ordinata, personale disponibile e cortese, colazione squisita (torte super) e prezzi onesti! Stanze confortevoli, pulite e tematiche. Ci torneremo!

Arrivés dans cet hôtel assez loin de Bolzano, nous avons été accueillis par un hôtelier charmante plein d’humour. C’est un hôtel à connotation tyrolienne fort bien décoré, Les chambres sont confortables et jolies et calmes. Nous avons apprécié énormément et recommandons vivement.

Mariano e Marianna ci hanno accolto nel loro Garnì a Ruffrè in Val di Non in modo eccellente, facendoci sentire a nostro agio e trattando noi e la nostra bimba pelosa Arianna in modo fantastico. Colazione buonissima con buffet ricco e torte fatte in casa. Posizione ottima, in zona tranquilla e facile da raggiungere, sentieri e percorsi vicini e raggiungibili in un attimo. Camere piccole e disastrate,bagni adatti solo per bambini,colazione inesistente,2 fette biscottate e un piccola vaschetta di marmellata,il titolare si è giustificato dicendo che sono passate le cavallette??? 3 piani senza ascensore!!!
