Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and the beds are a good size and very comfortable. We had dinner at the Pampa hotel restaurant, and everything was delicious. The breakfast buffet is also very varied. We dealt with Jack at reception, very professional 👍

15min walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Due to construction works, walking and dragging luggage became challenging and not as direct. There was a huge Westfield Mall where you can shop and dine. 10min walk to car rental office. There was a pickup area for us to load up luggage to our rental car just beside the hotel. Check-in process was a bliss. Staff was friendly. Sanitisers were always available. Room was relatively much smaller than Paris hotel. Barely enough space for 2x large luggage. Nevertheless, room was clean and dust-free. Toilet had decent space. Recommended for as a stopover hotel. Probably a night stay.

The location is on a small hill. If you have luggage, it may be difficult. The environment is quite beautiful, but the bed is very short.
Another thing that is more surprising is that the counter already asked me to pay the city tax when I checked in, and asked me for a city tax when I checked out. She was very suspicious and told me that she didn't trust me. It said that the computer showed that the payment has not been made. I don’t know how the computer wrote it, so I asked her to ask her staff directly. From my experience, guests will be charged when they check in. She also showed a very suspicious I will continue to take what I have... 😊 It took a while to check out, it can be seen that there is a problem with the system of this family~

The hotel is on an industrial park outside the city but it’s very quick to get into the centre. The hotel feels very new, all the facilities were great and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Good powerful shower and good air con. The breakfast which was included in our rate was very good. All staff were very pleasant. It’s linked to the Kyriad and you can easily walk to use their bar & pool table-they were playing all the premiership matches on the evening we were there much to my kids delight! Safe, good parking and all in all, an excellent, comfortable one night stay.

The room is small. The location is slightly off the city center and the subway is convenient. There are no shops or restaurants around. Catch up with the annual lighting festival, the downtown area is lively and there are enough people.

This very new building is easy to spot whilst walking (10 minutes) from Bron airport.The foyer and staff are smart, although the electric revolving door is a menace after dark- the curved side panels are invisible . We had a third floor room; although there is only one small lift, inadequate for the size of hotel, the stairs are very easy.There was an excellent view,and no sound from adjacent rooms or outside.Basic comfort was good,with a rather soft bed,but excellent aircon,and a window which both opened fully and had opaque curtains.There was light and space for writing,and a sort of wall mounted seat at which two people could eat on an article like a hospital bed table.The stowage was the usual budget type fixed shelf and coat rail, without a drawer or a safe. Again at budget level ,there was no fridge,but the coffee machine could be used to make tea. The complicated modern bathroom arrangements required three sliding doors,and one hinged, to enclose a space large enough to provide a bath,but instead there was the trendy walk in shower and almost useless shallow basin with no plug.I suppose I should be grateful that the shower did not flood the room. Breakfast was in a rather small room ,with very basic furniture, but as good as the 4 star hotel I am at present occupying in Nice!

My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. We had booked two rooms for a two day stay to attend a concert. The first room was ok, except for the smell of tobacco. It was also missing a plug so the bathtub was useless. The second room was filthy. Plenty of dust and grime on the walls several places, but that I could have accepted had it not been for the floor. The entire room was carpeted and on one side of the bed it was soaking wet. It stayed wet for our stay, even after maintenance checked it out. My husband accidentally stepped in it and his white sock turned brown. They also used some sort of perfume in the rooms and the hallways, which were nauseating. The food was edible. Pretty flavorless and bland. We ordered a charcuterie board and the sliced cheese had dried edges. The bread was also extremely dry, like cut to days ago and left on the counter. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes and eggs were good, but the rest wasn't much to write home about. Overall a very disappointing experience. Except the lobby and the staff. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Idéalement situé pour les concerts de la nouvelle salle LDLC Arena (pour ma part celui d'Etienne Daho le mardi 14 mai 2024), et évidemment tout aussi proche du stade, cet hôtel m'a surpris par la taille de ma chambre, plus grande que les Ibis auxquels je suis d'ordinaire habitué. Accueil très sympathique, chambre et SdB propres, rien à dire. En rentrant du concert, j'ai pu utiliser le micro-ondes disponible 24/7 et le matin, copieux petit-déjeuner dans une belle salle vitrée donnant sur le jardin extérieur. Aucun bruit de circulation, 5 étages. Belle découverte, même pour une visite dans Lyon, car le réseau de tram nous y amène en 20 minutes. Du coup, rapport qualité prix excellent. (mes photos ci-dessous, incluant la salle de sport et de spectacles LDLC)

GGuest UserWas a really nice hotel with wonderful staff…. In particular Martin was THE BEST server in all of Europe!!! Rooms are comfortable with an okay bathroom although the shower was a bit awkward. Make sure you have a mango pilada if you visit. Would visit again.

TTravel_MomentsI was travelling for work. This hotel was in a very convenient location. You can catch a tram or a bus to the central or to a metro stop that take you to the central (if you want to be on a faster route). However, you can also just walk to the metro stop which is about 10-15 mins walk.
It is also in a short walking distance to a beautiful park with a free entrance ”zoo”. It's a great place to go for a picnic lunch. The only thing is it is not close to a big supermarket although you can still get some sort of groceries nearby.
I didn't explore the other facilities in the hotel nor did I tried their breakfast and other meals. So, I can't comment on those.

GGuest UserApartment hotel conveniently located near all the comforts (shops, metro) with the possibility of putting the vehicle to parking for €9/day. Correct price of the room at 75€/night, correct cleanliness but old facilities that would deserve a small refreshment, equipment level is summary, no boiler, Only 2 plate earliers and 1 roll of paper WC but the staff at the reception is comprehensive and at the listening in this kind of situation. Les murs sont assez mal insolés (bruit de l'ascenseur par exemple) et il est préférable de demander une chambre avec vue jardin ou cour pour être plus calme, à préciser lors de la réservation bien que cela n'ait pas été accordé dans mon cas. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. In short, this is not the comfort of a hotel 5* but the price/quality ratio remains correct 👍🏼 Unlike other opinions I did not feel insecure whether in the hotel apartment or in the streets around.

GGuest UserHotel is voor een doorreis prima. Kamer is schoon. Ontbijt is voor het geld wat je betaald prima. Echter hadden wij via all accor geboekt waarbij ontbijt is inbegrepen voor volwassenen en kinderen, echter bij aankomst werd verteld dat dit alleen voor volwassenen zou zijn en niet voor kinderen. Vonden wij geen service. Maar door bevestiging te laten zien wel gekregen uiteindelijk. Op website all accor staat beveiligde parkeergarage gemeld maar bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat we er €9,00 per parkeerplaats voor moesten betalen en dat deze vol was. Het aantal plaatsen is zeer beperkt. In het hotel werd aangegeven dat de informatie op all accor niet altijd overeenkomt als wat er vanuit het hotel geld. Vonden wij overigens erg vreemd.

The staff is very sympathetic and happy to be there.
The breakfast is cheap with a right choice. The equipment is obsolete (broad grid doesn't work, the coffee machine is working half). The young girl makes its best to manage all this. Thanks to her.
