Siamo stati un questo hotel tra Natale e Capodanno ed il soggiorno è stato perfetto infatti ci siamo ripromessi di tornare durante l' anno. Appena arrivati ci ha accolti Piero con una familiarità ed educazione ormai troppo spesso rara a chi lavora nel ramo alberghiero.Eravamo un 5 in una camera spaziosa, essenziale e Pulita con una vista magnifica.La pulizia viene effettuata in maniera meticolosa ogni giorno.Abbiamo usufruito del trattamento di mezza pensione. colazione (Europea) con buonissime torte e dolci fatti un casa,a richiesta ovviamente cappuccino,latte, caffè etc.La cena composta da piatti rigorosamente locali ed un ottima materia prima che li rendono ottimi.In più una sera mentre eravamo alla finestra un cervo ci è passato sotto al Naso sembrava di essere in una favola.La notte si sente solo il suono del fiume che scorre ed un cielo stellato incredibile per chi come me vive un Insomma un luogo unico in una location magica.Assolutamente consigliato

Ho soggiornato con formula di mezza pensione insieme alla mia famiglia, compreso un bimbo di 23 mesi: che dire, consiglio a tutti la sosta. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e professionale in tutto, le camere pulitissime e con un bellissimo panorama sul lago. La posizione ovviamente è strategica visto che siamo nel cuore del parco. La cena e la colazione super buone con preparazioni fatte in casa e di altissima qualità!!!

Abbiamo passato una sola notte in questo hotel. Sia i arrivati verso le 13 e alla reception sono stati molto fiscali nel comunicarci che il check in si faceva dalle 15 . La camera non ci è piaciuta , gli arredi erano datati e la camera ci è sembrata tetra. Inoltre nel bagno c'era della muffa , molto brutta da vedere. La cena non ci è piaciuta proprio così come la colazione , oltre al servizio lento entrambe sono state scarne e che non hanno riscontrato i nostri gusti. Per quanto riguarda il personale , sia alla reception che in sala c'era sempre la stessa persona che svolgeva ogni ruolo. Insomma siamo rimasti scontenti

Siamo stati in questo hotel con familiari ed amici ad inizio febbraio. Abbiamo occupato tutte le camere disponibili (10) trascorrendo un long week-end fantastico. I punti di forza sono stati sicuramente l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e professionalità del gestore Sig. Piero e dello chef Sig. Luigi che ci ha deliziato con piatti della cucina locale. Un particolare plauso va riservato alla numerosa quantità e varietà dei dolci fatti in casa previsti per la colazione. Siamo stati, inoltre, ben consigliati ed assistiti nell'organizzazione dei luoghi limitrofi da visitare; molto divertente e gradita la ciaspolata presso passo Godi, con ristoro a base di polenta al rifugio "Lo scoiattolo". A nome di tutto il gruppo, grazie davvero per il trattamento ricevuto.

Bellissimo ex convento gestito con estrema gentilezza. Posizione perfetta x godersi il bordo, il fiume e il lago di barrae. Colazione e cene straordinarie, possibilità di bis accontentata sempre con sorriso. Materassi comodi, acqua calda in pochi secondi, che dire di più.....consigliatissimo x una vacanza senza sorprese.

Struttura a conduzione familiare, personale cordiale e gentile. Veramente top! Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Servizio mezza pensione: colazione abbondantissima + cena, offrendo diverse alternative per accontentare diversi palati. Stanze pulite e soprattutto accettano i cani di tutte le taglie facendo subito sentire a proprio agio.

Esperienza allucinante... Avevamo prenotato per 4 notti ma dopo la prima siamo scappati Molto sporco e con un odore sgradevole di straccio sporco utilizzato per lavare Da vomito La cena terribile... I fagiolini avevano l"aspetto e il sapore di verdura marcia Mai più!
