As luck would have it, this is the first review here! A rental, taken in a lamentable state (photos will follow here). Usage findings, when arriving from an agency at another address to collect the keys. We notice a broken table leg, a broken convertible bench, old and substandard electrical outlets, a TV the size of a computer screen with only one channel (CNews), dirty cutlery and crockery utensils. , leftover food in the cupboards, balcony that does not close and in a lamentable state of dirt! A used and very dirty washcloth, a sanitary napkin in a cupboard, a still dirty trash can, individual beds which were extra beds without mattress pads! in short, a disaster for 90€ per night! From there, we returned to the agency to report all this with supporting photos, response from Mr Siloque, yes the previous occupants left everything behind, I only had 10 minutes to clean ! But how can you rent accommodation like that!!! The height of it all, no compensation planned!!! The worst part, he wants to offer us end-of-rental cleaning for €40, I'm dreaming, it hasn't been done before!!! To be avoided urgently.
