It was out third stay here, and as usual the staff was superb, the heated indoor pool a bliss and the setting wonderful. But, for the price we paid we would have expected a clean room, without cobwebs and a balcony that doesn't fall to pieces. In general, the whole place needs a good lick of paint. I don't know how often we have been asked if we wanted to reserve a table for dinner. They seemed desperate, the restaurtant was everything but busy ! But algae or cow's tongue at very high prices was probably too sophisticated for us ;). We'd like to come back, but either they do some renovation work, or they have to revise their prices significantly.

I was very surprised at the romantic hide-away aspect of the ambiance. Truly delightful. Quiet, secluded. Our room was enormous (and it was a modest price). We had before dinner drinks in the bar--very comfortable and classy. What was a big plus was the wonderful restaurant with exquisite food. It was such a complete experience--I wish we had more time to spend here, but alas our trip was near its end. I would recommend this place as a romantic get-away, a honeymoon site, just a very beautiful, comfortable, civilized experience.

We rarely give reviews, but in this case, they fully deserve a very positive review. From the welcome to the setting, to the quality of the rooms and service, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back. A small note: we were unable to try the restaurant, which was closed during our stay, but the breakfast was excellent.

Lors de notre réservation d'une chambre supérieure sur le site de l'hôtel, nous avons également réservé le restaurant, avec empreinte CB (mail de confirmation reçu). 2 jours + tard, notre réservation a été annulée par mail, sans motif. Un manque de personnel nous a été évoqué par téléphone, puis une rénovation nous a été indiquée par mail ! Bref, restaurant fermé depuis plusieurs mois ! A notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons immédiatement constaté : Des dégoulinures grises dans la cuvette des WC, l'entourage de la bonde de lavabo jaune (saleté), moquette tachée à plusieurs endroits, cache sommier en tissu coincé sous le matelas, poignée de porte et huisserie d'angle de mur sales et détériorés, vert de gris sur moulure du bas de porte des WC, garde-corps des balcons dégradés, jardinières balcons vides. Station réveil Iphone indiquée sur le descriptif de la chambre manquant. Angle de plafond salle de petit-déjeuner taché. Offre du petit-déjeuner réduite (restes de fromages et de charcuterie). Surprise en allant au SPA : le hammam est en panne et ceci depuis plusieurs semaines ! Cet établissement ne répond pas aux exigences et prestations d'un 4 étoiles. A fuir !

Nous avons passé un week-end malheureusement gâché par la mauvaise surprise que fut cet hôtel. Présenté comme un “écrin de verdure”, on découvre vite que la route passante toute proche rend l’endroit bruyant, bien loin de l’image paisible décrite sur les photos et les commentaires. L’hôtel est ancien, et bien que quelques efforts de rénovation soient visibles, le style global reste vieillot, figé dans une décoration d’un autre temps. Nous avions réservé deux nuits via Booking. Après une première nuit décevante, nous avons demandé à annuler la seconde. Malgré notre démarche polie, la direction a opposé un refus net, sans la moindre écoute ni compréhension. Certes, la réservation était “non modifiable”, mais face à une telle insatisfaction, un établissement soucieux de l’expérience client aurait au moins tenté d’entendre notre point de vue — ici, ce fut le silence glacial d’une direction manifestement peu formée à la notion de service. Aucun geste proposé. Un flexible de douche qui fuyait — à nous de le signaler pour qu’il soit réparé. Un lit affaissé sur les côtés, inconfortable. À ce niveau de gamme (et de prix), on est en droit d’attendre bien mieux, et surtout un minimum de considération. Bref, un hôtel qui se repose sur son classement et des visuels flatteurs, mais qui peine à suivre en matière d’accueil et de confort. À éviter.
