It was out third stay here, and as usual the staff was superb, the heated indoor pool a bliss and the setting wonderful. But, for the price we paid we would have expected a clean room, without cobwebs and a balcony that doesn't fall to pieces. In general, the whole place needs a good lick of paint. I don't know how often we have been asked if we wanted to reserve a table for dinner. They seemed desperate, the restaurtant was everything but busy ! But algae or cow's tongue at very high prices was probably too sophisticated for us ;). We'd like to come back, but either they do some renovation work, or they have to revise their prices significantly.

I was very surprised at the romantic hide-away aspect of the ambiance. Truly delightful. Quiet, secluded. Our room was enormous (and it was a modest price). We had before dinner drinks in the bar--very comfortable and classy. What was a big plus was the wonderful restaurant with exquisite food. It was such a complete experience--I wish we had more time to spend here, but alas our trip was near its end. I would recommend this place as a romantic get-away, a honeymoon site, just a very beautiful, comfortable, civilized experience.

Nous sommes revenus une seconde fous cette année. Nous apprécions la propreté, le calme, la simplicité et la convivialité du lieu. Le personnel est attentionné et d'une grande gentillesse. La qualité des produits au petit-déjeuner est remarquable. Pour accroître la notation globale, nous aimerions un peu plus de fermeté à la literie et un renouvellement du plat du jour au diner. Très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Je pense qu’il est urgent de faire des investissements pour votre hôtel. Le matelas est tout bonnement foutu. Malgré une demande formulée de changement de lit ou de chambre on nous a assuré que c’était dans toutes les chambres pareil …. Ce n’est certainement pas digne de ce que l’on attend d’un 4 étoiles. La moquette n’est que taches. Le plafond de la salle de bains recouvert de taches de quelque chose d’indéterminé et indeterminable . En terme de propreté c’est une catastrophe, je joins les photos de l’alèse du lit dans lequel nous avons dormi. C’est juste inadmissible. Je passe l’accès à l’hôtel qui est dangereux. Le parking et le chemin du parking a l’hôtel sont dans le noir. Aucune lumière lorsque vous rentrez la nuit. Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas digne de ce que vous vendez sur votre site. Nous étions passé par une promotion. Ce que je ne comprendrais jamais c’est pourquoi donner la pire chambre à des personnes qui ont profité d’une promo que vous proposez ? Vous pensez que les attentes de ces client sont au rabais ? Vous pensez que stratégiquement vous faites le bon choix ? Me semblerais plus opportun de faire de cette expérience pour les clients « en promo » un moment parfait afin qu’ils reviennent au prix fort. Et surtout qu’ils en parlent positivement à leur entourage ! Le domaine de Villers a reconnu tout ceci. Et m’a proposé un dédommagement à h autre de 30% du coût de mon séjour.

Toujours un séjour réussi lorsque l'on vient dans cet hôtel ,calme ,chaleureux et le chef sait vous enchanter les papilles en fonction des saisons.Deauville a deux pas et Trouville à trois ,charmante ballade le long du litoral et les villages disséminés dans la campagne vous invitent a revenir.

Hôtel mal entretenu, beaucoup de "détails" peu engageants, pas propres, mal conçus, parfois inexistants et pourtant nécessaires (éclairages mal fichus ou absents). Cela ne mérite pas 4 étoiles !

Peu de chambres ce qui permet d’être reconnu. Bon petit déjeuner Piscine agréable après une journée de promenade normande, la température de l’eau est parfaite mais un peu chaud sur les transats ( a l’intérieur) Restaurant apprécié si on ne veut pas ressortir le soir Mériterait un petit rajeunissement au niveau des moquettes notamment
