Very bad service!!!!!!
We booked two rooms, one of which was not cleaned, and then we were changed to another room. When we went down to change the room card, the front desk insisted that we had not paid the tax. I showed her the card payment and the bill on the phone, and then she said she would check. It took more than ten minutes to change the room.
Then there was an amazing scene in the evening. At about 11.20 pm, two strangers entered the room by card!!!!!!
We called the front desk, but they didn't say anything and asked us to wait in the room. It wasn't until we contacted Ctrip customer service that they came to deal with it!
Very bad experience!
