Please dont be deceived by the pictures, this hotel looks more like a dormitory/ hostel and not a hotel. My 1st night at the hotel, there was ongoing gun shot and screaming for over an hour which was really frightening and no one at the reception could explain nor talked about it in the morning. The hotel has no fridge, load of mosquitoes, no air conditioning in the room.

Arrived at 10pm to everything being locked up and no answer on the phone number provided. Was stuck outside till a worker went to go home and helped us. Things only got worse room was ok but boiling hot!!! Went out on 2nd night came back and key card wouldn’t work so I couldn’t get in my room, no hotel reception to go to, no security no one around all locked up. Kept ringing the hotel till finally someone answered he then proceeded to have a go at me!!!! Do not stay here!!!!! Awful

Since they moved from Campagnile to Kyriad, it's really bad upside down coat rack front door that doesn't close because it's big I don't have what are put upside down so you can't close the door more things to wash your hands in the bathroom there are in the shower so you have to put your foot in the bathtub or in the shower to get soap breakfast there is less and less eaten before had sausage omelette, bacon etc. everything decreases but by account the price has really increased are closer to seeing me
