NO NO NO leave it alone, very bad smell , very cramped in combi family room,noisy and reception staff not welcoming at all. I could go on a lot more but its not worth my time. THIS IS MORE OF A HOSTEL THAN A HOTEL.

The staff here were absolutely delightful! From the moment my partner and I arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome. The Tandem room was comfy and the communal bathrooms and toilets were very clean. The breakfast was also good value. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place 👍

I’ve been an ad-hoc guest in F1 Hotel across France for many years and I know what I’m going to get for my money… and importantly what I’m NOT going to get! Let’s be frank - they’re very low cost and often sited in secondary areas near to motorway routes. You maybe find a restaurant or two nearby but typically that’ll be about it. So to the Bordeaux Sud site. Friendly staff, a perfectly adequate breakfast and reasonably clean. I paid a bit extra for an en-suite shower and WC - this is a fairly recent offering from F1 and I personally welcome it. The room even came with a couple of towels!

Friendly staff but big problem when we arrived, our online reservation on the All Accor website did not work like many other customers following a network outage. Result: long wait at reception to be told that you had to pay only in cash! So backtrack to find a distributor. Then no invoice, therefore no code for our rooms. We had to have our rooms opened as much as necessary by the staff on site. Finally, what can we say about breakfast. Really very succinct, no or few pastries, not too much choice of fruit juice, brief disappointment. Service to improve!

Simple hotel with quite small parking lot and not easy to access, do not come with an SUV you will have difficulty parking.. Contract with deposit of 60€ indicated nowhere on the site which is obviously obligatory (it is a deposit not taken but they must certainly keep our bank codes to debit them if ever..). Arrival in the nickel room, with air conditioning. Unfortunately, the bed was broken, the hotel was full, we had to put the mattress on the floor. The man at reception told us that he would reimburse us for lunch for that but nothing was done... it's not very serious but it could have bothered more than one person. Clean showers with good pressure but toilets a little dirty due to people not toileting very straight. Decent, simple and efficient lunch.
