HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THIEVES When you stay in an Ibis budget you pay little and get little, that is OK. However, during our stay the lights in our room kept flickering like a stroboscope (see video) on and off during the night, making it virtually impossible to sleep. When we mentioned this to the receptionist in the morning, his reaction was 'oh no, has it started again?'. We emailed a complaint and several times were promised a refund. Initially however the excuse for not executing the refund was 'our accountant is on holiday' or a variation to that theme. We have now send many emails, do no longer receive a reply and have still not received the promised refund. What a bunch of crooks @ibis!
