1. Piscina sucia, con residuos en el agua, no estaba ni siquiera aspirada. Las baldosas con mugre y moho. 2. Desayuno muy básico, temperatura inadecuada, jugos con demasiada agua, panes viejos. Además, es servido tipo buffet, pero no es ilimitado, sino medido y servido. 3. Habitaciones que les falta actualizar el aire acondicionado, suena mucho, aún tienen tipo ventana. No tiene closet, solo un hueco en la pared con un tubo para colgar 5 ganchos. 4. No funciona el agua caliente en la ducha. Toallas viejas y manchadas. 5. Por favor la dotación de los empleados requiere cambio urgente, cuellos de camisa desgastados y viejos. 6. En general, requiere una administración eficiente, inversión en mantenimiento urgente, cambio de muebles, pintura, cambio de ascensor. Son muchas más observaciones pero en general, si invierten y administran mejor, todo se solucionará.

Por razones de trabajo, me tocó quedarme en este hotel. La primera noche, cené en el restaurante del hotel una carne que evidentemente estaba en mal estado. Al día siguiente, amanecí enfermo y la situación empeoró debido a las temperaturas excesivamente bajas del salón de reuniones. Pude terminar el evento por milagro, subí a la habitación y pasé la tarde vomitando, por lo cual no pude siquiera visitar la ciudad y esa tarde y noche perdidas, nadie me la va a devolver. Cuando ya me sentía algo mejor, después de varias horas, una persona abrió la puerta de la habitación diciendo simplemente: ”Cobertura” y sin identificarse, lo cual me pareció gravísimo. Había forma de avisar, llamando o tocando la puerta, pero abrir la puerta sin mi autorización me pareció una falta de respeto. Más nunca volveré a este hotel ni a ninguno de la misma cadena, ni lo recomendaré a mis pasajeros.

LO BUENO: La habitación es muy confortable y espaciosa. La cama king y la tina de baño fue de lo mejor. El desayuno, aunque no hay variedad, tenía buen sabor. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, pero no deben olvidara que hay que hacer mantenimiento. LO MALO: Se nota el desgaste de las zonas húmedas. Las piscinas que son casi redondas que simulan un ”jacuzzi” (pero que no lo son) están en muy mal estado. Los bordes y las tabletas de las piscinas están rotos y eso puede hasta lastimar a las personas. Le falta mucho mantenimiento. La lejanía del hotel con respecto al centro de la ciudad no nos gustó. No queda nada cerca al hotel y para comprar algo teníamos que salir en carro y recorrer por lo menos 10 mins en carro para encontrar algo. El hotel no tiene oferta variada de comida. El desayuno de lunes a viernes fue siempre el mismo. En el restaurante deben implementar algo para espantar los mosquitos, eso existe. Hasta en Dollarcity encuentran los cositos que son como una élice que se puede poner en cada mesa para espantarlos. Los mosquitos pequeños cerca de la mesa donde se sirven las frutas no fue para nada agradable. El parque de niños no está iluminado y la piscina tampoco. En las noches deberían estas zonas tener más iluminación. No servía el teléfono que está en la mesita de noche, pedimos que lo arreglaran y nunca fueron, por lo que optamos por usar el del baño solamente. Tampoco servían las lamparitas de los lados de la cama principal. La malla del baño estaba rota y se entraron algunos bichos. La persiana de tela está dañada porque no baja bien. La nevera no tenía cositas para comer. Hay hoteles de los que uno no tiene la necesidad de salir porque hay de todo, pero aquí preferimos almorzar y cenar por fuera. Debería haber algo en la piscina para los niños y es muy pandita por si los adultos queremos nadar. Deberían pensar más en que la mayoría de familias necesitamos más ganchos o colgaderos de ropa en el baño para que la ropa se pueda secar. Para tener el nombre del Tequendama y unas instalaciones tan espaciosas deberían hacer un esfuerzo real por mejorar las instalaciones, la comida y los servicios que prestan.
