Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.- No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund. - A valid credit card is required for all incidentals - Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid - Reservations are non-refundable       After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL this information to us after you book.
