Downstairs features the last bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom with standing shower and small sitting deck. Living room includes a Queen sofa sleeper making this home sleep up to 8 guests. Complex amenities include rentable covered boat slips, large swim deck, boat launch (up to 25' boat) and trailer parking, playground, outdoor pool with splash zone and rentable meeting space with full kitchen to seat up to 150 guests.
