The MauiJOY 1Bedroom/1Bathroom Guest Suite is very Private area at the far end of the MauiJOY Villa on .5 Acre Private Estate.Rent only the 1B/1B or Upgrade to the 2B/2B MauiJOY Villa (See Property 3864466) Only one party at a time will be here so you will have the pool to yourselves. When you stay in the MauiJOY Guest Suite, you park in the front main driveway and walk along your own Private Garden path that has motion lighting to the entrance located off the swimming pool lanai. You enter your own private Resort with fantastic ocean views from the West Maui Mountains, across the ocean to the islands of Lanai'i, Kahoolawe, Molokini Crater and up through undeveloped land to Haleakala. We invite you to bring your water bottles and use our filtered water instead of buying plastic water bottles. There is a king sized bed with luxury linens in a large bedroom, a bathroom with shower/bath, washer/dryer, 40' Smart Flat Screen TV, free movies, premium linens, luxury bathrobes, beach chairs/towels and FREE hi-speed Wifi, netflix and Amazon Prime Pandora, HULU provided for our guests. Many times we have guests in the 1B/1B with two small children and that seems to work out well. We can add a full baby crib, a single cot. We have a security fencing we can install to secure the swimming pool area, so let us know, as we love kids and want them to be safe. We have beachtoys, umbrellas, floats, noodles, and lots of books, a variety of card games, and toys. There are beautiful ocean views from the living and dining area. Sit by your private pool, enjoy your morning coffee, and watch the whales. This has been a favorite for families with younger children who can swim while closely monitored, and saves money too. Located above Wailea in Maui Meadows at it's Southern border, adjacent to thousands of undeveloped acres, the MauiJOY Villa Guest Suite has breathtaking views of the ocean and night skies. Lush tropical landscaping affords property privacy. The lower garden, complete with a Pavillion for ping-pong or set up the massage table as it is so peaceful with no buildings, only nature and ocean views, birds chirping....and is a perfect meditation or yoga spot. There are also various organic fruit trees with Mango, Papaya, Guava, Strawberry Guava, Tangerines, Coconuts, Oranges and Passion fruit vines for your morning smoothies. And now there is a wonderful large outdoor shower next to the banana trees to wash off after the beach or being in the pool area. There are at least 25 love birds that visit our feeder along with finch, sparrow, and two species of cardinals, to name a few. If you enjoy bird watching, this is a good spot for that too. In fact, Uuku & Pua, hand raised love birds who fly freely in our gardens, may even stop by to say 'aloha'. If you’re lucky, there’ll be a bit of whale activity to watch from the lanai (December through April)! (We have binoculars, but you may want to bring your own.)Many house guest have called this 'Heaven on Earth' and we are so grateful to be here on Maui No Ka Oi. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with our residential area. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated on site parking area and shall not be parked on the street. We love children however, no children in the pool prior to 8AM due to the noise restriction. We are lucky as both our uphill and downhill neighbors live in other states and are here infrequently. The lower boundary of the property is vacant land so there is little chance that anyone will be disturbed in anyway. I thought it best to let you know the Rules we have to operate under and hope you will come here, enjoy and have FUN. I didn't have this in my House Rules before but after having a quarreling/fighting couple here recently, I need to say, if you came to paradise to fight with each other, you will be evicted immediately with NO refund. Oh, one more thing, no smoking cigars or cigarettes please. If you must smoke occasionally , please use the lower garden area for that purpose with a "sand can" for the butts. The villa has a perfect location within the complex. Traveling with our family and all of our 'necessities', the villa provides easy ground floor access for carrying suitcases, groceries, pool and beach gear. It is situated near the guard house for a quick morning walk off property to the beach. For those traveling with another couple (or possibly teenagers with differing sleep/wake schedules), the villa contains two master suites, each with a private full bath, and separate, private entrances. One master suite has floor to ceiling windows that lead to a private lanai with tree top views overlooking the pool. The other master suite has multiple large windows with views of the tropical grounds. The tradewinds feel amazing. In the mornings and evenings you may enjoy opening the large lanai sliders that run the length of the villa to feel the cool breeze and watch the sunrise and sunset. Both front doors also have latches to keep them ajar for those not afraid of little Gecko visitors. If age appropriate, send the kids to the pool and watch them swim while sitting in the comfort of your lanai and drinking a glass of Pog (a delicious Hawaiian concoction of passion fruit, orange juice and guava). This may be an opportune time to tackle the family laundry using the private, family size LG washer and dryer enclosed in the water closet on the lanai. Of course washing powder is provided for you. Relax and feel the warm Maui sun. For those headed to the beach, check the lanai beach box for beach chairs and toys that are constantly changing. An awesome free for all guests to enjoy. Fourth floor location with 2,000 interior square feet and 375 square foot covered lanai. Formal entry hall with artwork. Spacious living room with island style furniture. Dining room with formal table and seating for nine. Fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, and two Sub-Zero refrigerators.The Wailea Orchid Villa has incredibly spacious master suite with king bed and full bathroom (dual vanities) with large walk-in closet. The master bedroom provides amazing 180 degree panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean (the three bedroom villas on the upper floors of the Penthouse building are the only bedrooms in the Penthouse building providing this incredible view). Wake up and view the ocean without even getting out of bed!The second bedroom suite has a king bed and adjacent bathroom (also with dual vantities). The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can also be combined into a king bed. This third bedroom has it own separate bath creating third full suite. A sofa bed is located in the living room for additional sleeping space. This luxurious unit sleeps up to 8 people. The Wailea Orchid Villa features extensive use of granite & marble. Travertine floors throughout. Four LCD HDTVs are located in the living room, and in each of the bedrooms. Wireless internet is available throughout the villa at no charge. Ceiling fans are located in all rooms. An indoor laundry room is located within the unit with a full sized washer and dryer. Dual control air-conditioning creates a comfortable environment. The lanai has spacious chairs to relax in while gazing at the waters of the Pacific Ocean. During the winter months, you can watch the whales swim by from the comfort of your lanai lounge chairs! The lanai also has a built-in barbecue. Keyed private elevator to the villa provides added security.The Wailea Beach villas are located on Wailea Beach between the Grand Wailea Resort and the Wailea Marriott. A private gate to The Shops at Wailea for dining and shopping.The Wailea Beach Villas were designed as a world-class residential resort comprised of 98 luxury private residences set on 11 acres on the world famous Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Recently constructed in 2006, this gated vacation resort has 24 hour security personnel. The resort grounds are a virtual botanical garden with tropical plants, fragrant flowers, cascading waterfalls, and numerous ponds. There are two swimming pools one designated for adults and the other for families, two outdoor whirlpool hot tub spas, a poolside fitness center with locker rooms and showers. There is also a recreation room, business center, and conference room. Beach and pool attendants are available to set up chaise chairs and umbrellas.
