There are 6 villas for rent at Bella Sirena (Villas 1, 2, 17, 18, 19, & 20). I own or manage Villas 2, 17, 18 & 20. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom were completely remodeled in the spring of 2023. We added a wet bar with a pellet ice maker and plenty of shot, margarita and wine glasses. The kitchen was completely remodeled with GE Monogram appliances, including an induction cook top and new center island with a lot more work space. The big cantera fireplace was replaced with an upgraded entertainment area and an 84" smart TV. The dining area now seats 12, and there are 6 more stools at the center island. Last, the master bedroom was completely remodeled and a vanity table and mirror were added.Staying in Villa Bella can be described as epic. The villa has 5 individually designed bedrooms (2 classed as master-suites), a large living space, private patio, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, a professionally equipped kitchen, and a private double garage. A/C and wi-fi are throughout.Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.Puerto PeñascoLocated in Puerto Peñasco, this villa is on the beach.
