"The location of this Kyoto hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient but away from the hustle and bustle, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped and kept very clean, and it is very safe to live. Although there is no service stay, the overall response is quite timely and the experience is good. There is also a Tsukemen shop nearby, which is especially delicious."

"This year, Kyoto's red leaf season ended a little later, and luckily booked a room far below the November price. This door is not big but there is a hole in the sky inside. It feels like there is a townhouse built in 4-5. Our check-in time was relatively late, and the small requirements made to the front desk lady were met. There are two floors, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our couple is a bit extravagant. It should not be crowded next time we bring our parents again (it is estimated that it is inconvenient for both parents to come). The block is very quiet, not far from Nijo City, about seven or eight minutes from Omiya Station, we dragged our suitcases on the quiet street at night a little embarrassing: D. Overall satisfaction, if the price is right, I will choose next time."

"The place was nice but it wasn’t really close to anything and you have to take the bus or a taxi to get anywhere. There are some nice parks and temples nearby though but it really is in a neighborhood. The place is nice and peaceful. A good local udon shop is like a short walk away and there’s a gyoza restaurant nearby. The only issue was that it was not well cleaned. When I filled up the tub, it was full of detritus and upon closer inspection there were long women’s hairs around the rim of the tub. No women were staying there. The bathroom also had mold on the tub that caused an itchy rash and needed to be bleached to remove it. The room had not been dusted and there were also issues with hair. Other than that, the owner was polite and thorough but had asked us to communicate on WeChat, which I didn’t like. They were fine with email though after the first message."

"I chose this accommodation to experience the squatter house, which is in line with expectations and can accommodate more than six adults. The place to stay is several streets away from Kyoto Station, and it is in different locations with Sakaya, but the first free connection to Sakaya will be provided at check-in. Both bedrooms are on the upper floors and the steps are high. If you are with the elderly, you can consider laying tatami mats on the lower floors."
