As female travelers, we truly appreciated how attentive, caring, and thoughtful they were throughout our stay. The most amazing surprise was the room upgrade! They gave us a spacious room with stunning mountain views. It was warm and cozy, thanks to the staff who made sure the heater was on before we arrived. The bed and pillows were incredibly fluffy, and we had the most restful sleep. A special highlight of the hotel was the adorable cats and kittens—they added such a charming and homely touch to the experience. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend staying at Aromatic Hotel. With its amazing location, thoughtful hospitality, and cozy atmosphere, it’s truly an unforgettable place to stay."

"The room was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. Waking up early for a stroll in the mountains, listening to the birds, and gazing at the distant peaks and nearby waters was incredibly refreshing and peaceful. You could see snow-capped mountain views right from the comfort of your room. The owner was very friendly, and the afternoon tea cakes were incredibly delicious. Sitting on the lounge chairs on the outdoor viewing platform, enjoying the breeze and chatting, was incredibly relaxing. The service was also excellent; the staff were very helpful, assisting with our luggage throughout and offering excellent recommendations for local food and attractions. Overall, it was a truly delightful travel experience."

"The decoration is luxurious and restrained. The camellia in the courtyard is well blooming. The weather in Lijiang in November should not be too good. The sky is clear and cloudless, the sky is super blue, the courtyard has a water system, and the proprietress’s service attitude is very good👌 🏻, the room is clean and hygienic, and the mattress is very comfortable! 24 hours of hot water, large amount of water, take a bath and relax [strong]"
