Excellent hotel for a break via Madrid airport

We arrive there for 3 days with our 12 yrs old twins. The person in charge of welcoming stayer sitting on her desk as I was struggling with 2 suitcases. Thé swimming pool was our of order: it was just discuteront: thé water was brown. We has asked for 2 rooms next to each other, the girls were on a different Floor: at that point I threatened to leave and she suddenly found 2 rooms in front of each other… but the highlight of that stay was thé breakfast presented on site as fantastisc: no fruit no jam or honey , no chocolaté no egg: only 1 glas of fuit juich toasted Bread, tomatoes and a bowl full of mixt of butter, margarine and olive oil. The room was In the basement next to thé bar full of bottles. It was cold and dark. Just creepy. NEVER again.

Avaliação feita na sequência de 3 noites passadas neste hotel em férias de família, 2 adultos e 1 criança. Espaço muito limpo, cuidado e fresco. Quarto amplo, igualmente limpo aquando do check in e durante a estadia. Senti-me numa casa particular e não num alojamento. Na verdade fiquei com a sensação que estive sempre sozinho no edifício, já que me parece que não havia staff durante a noite. O aquecimento era terrível na medida em que não conseguia baixar a temperatura do quarto, por muito que programasse no display. Apesar dos 6 graus exteriores, na última noite dormi com a janela aberta. Sei que é Espanha mas seria importante alguém conseguir comunicar em Inglês, facilitava.

Tuvimos la suerte de que una amiga nos regase un fin de semana romántico en la Bodega de Quintín. Fue toda una experiencia fantástica , el viernes con una cata de vinos en las bodegas del sigloXVIII que hay en el sótano del hotel y que están muy bien conservadas . El sábado también estuvo muy bien com un concierto de cuerda, en una sala especifica para ese acto. El hotel está de diez con unas habitaciones super amplias , acogedoras y con mucho gusto. El pueblo también merece mucho la pena ,fuimos a comprar vino a la cooperativa que nos aconsejaron, el mismo que disfrutamos en la cata del viernes.. También hicimos una cata de aceite en un lagar de los mas antiguos de España y rematamos subiendo al castillo que tiene unas vistas del pueblo y campos excpetaculares. Gracias a Irene ,Alfonso y Silvia por hacer todo tan fácil . Muy recomendable volveremos. Javier Merino

Nos ha encantado el Hotel y la historia de las bodegas del Siglo XVIII que se encuentran debajo y que se pueden visitar. La arquitectura del hotel es contemporanea con una decoracion muy relajante y despues te encuentras con la sorpresa de las bodegas conservadas en perfecto estado. Hicimos la visita a la bodega con cata de vinos y quesos que nos gustó mucho y estuvo muy interesante y divertido. El hotel es confortable y tranquilo, y nos gustaria volver cuando el tiempo permita usar la pisicina que tenía una pinta estupenda Le doy las gracias al personal por el trato y la amabilidad.

El hotel se vende con la experiencia de la cata de vinos. Reservamos las habitaciones y en ningún lugar mencionaba que la cata la debíamos reservar y abonar aparte. El hotel esta en un pueblo donde no hay nada para visitar, por lo que si te alojas allí es para hacer la "cata". Cuando fuimos al salón nos increparon de muy mal modo diciéndonos que no teníamos reserva y que debíamos retirarnos exponiéndonos frente a los demás huéspedes. Un viaje de 8 mujeres que resulto fatal. El hotel no tiene lobby ni cafetería, por lo que no tienes donde sentarte, ni tomar un vaso de agua, es mas una casona antigua. Al llegar nos abrió la puerta e hizo el check in la señora de limpieza, todo muy raro. Claramente lo barato sale caro, recomiendo pagar un poco mas y alojarse en el Parador de Chinchón.

Las habitaciones más grandes de lo que parece, el trato espectacular, en el centro del pueblo, y la cata de vinos y quesos realizada por Alfonso inmejorable . Y muy cerca de Madrid. Súper recomendable y repetiremos seguro
