We spent an unforgettable week at Epic Tamarindo, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. The property is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a serene, private setting that offers the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate accommodations. Every detail was carefully considered, and the entire space was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They were incredibly accommodating to all of our requests—special thanks for the cooler with ice for our beach days, which made all the difference. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and day trips. One highlight was the boat tour and snorkeling excursion they suggested—we had an absolute blast! If you're planning a visit to Tamarindo, Costa Rica, I highly recommend staying at Epic Tamarindo. It’s the perfect place to relax, explore, and enjoy the best of what the region has to offer. We can't wait to return!

This is one of the most unique and beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. Wow! The villas are STUNNING. So clean and the decor is incredible. The plunge pool outside each room is amazing. The breakfasts were delicious. Our only issue is that it was a bit further from things than we realized. Tamarindo is more like a 20-25 min drive because there’s usually some traffic. We stayed 2 nights and used an uber. One night at dinner we ordered extra food and had it for lunch the next day so that we didn’t need to leave the property for lunch. The rooms have fridges and microwaves so it was easy to reheat. But otherwise, the property is incredible and we would definitely come back.

Amazing place to rest and disconnect. The rooms are amazing, the staff is caring and attentive. It’s very close to the beach and there are great restaurants nearby. We booked a private suite with a pool, and to our surprise, it has a waterfall that enhances the experience to a new level. A very premium and great place to stay.

Amazing place, very peaceful. Best location out the noise, close to the beach! Perfect place for Destination Wedding! I been working in the destination wedding business for almost 20 years and believe me this is the perfect venue for a Chip and Classy Wedding, private location you can easily accommodate 30 or 40 ppl for a wedding reception! If you're looking for a private destination wedding venue this is the place!! The owners take a time to work in each detail 👌 beds, pillows omg when you stayed there you don't want to leave

Peaceful oasis with amazing service. Breakfast was delicious and custom made for me. This property is in a gated community and close to so much. The peacocks were a welcome surprise and I could hear howler monkeys in the morning. It is exactly as the pictures show. The only negative was the artificial grass

Epic Tamarindo is a little oasis in the middle of the busy beach town of Tamarindo. On our first night at Epic, we were greeted by a dozen monkeys hanging in the trees and several curious peacocks grazing about the property. Along with the welcoming wildlife, Armando, the property manager and crew graciously toured us through the grounds and our large 2 bedroom villa. The villa had all the modern amenities one could ask for, a kitchen with all the amenities, washer and dryer, and two large bedrooms with the comfiest beds and pillows you could imagine. The villa also had 2 full baths and one half. There was more the enough room for our family of four. One of the highlights of the stay was a deliciously cooked breakfast every morning by the chef tailored to your likings. Armando was the hardest working and most knowledgeable manager you could hope for. He truly made our stay so special, suggesting and setting up activities such as ATV's, surf lessons, catamaran sail, and all our wonderful dinners. The highlight of our stay was our last night where the chef/owner treated us to a special farewell dinner. The food was sourced with all local ingredients and prepared to perfection. We cannot recommend Epic Tamarindo enough. Thank you!!

Arnaldo was very welcoming from the moment we got to the hotel, and the moment we left. He made sure all our questions were answered, and as we were first-time travelers in Costa Rica he ensured we knew how to stay safe. The Hotel is amusing even having beautiful peacocks. The Hotel provided transportation for an extra cost. Lastly, the breakfast was a great addition teaching us a little more about the Costa Rican culture, and for the picky eaters like myself, they accommodated me. I strongly recommend everyone visit this hotel!

We had an amazing stay at Epic Tamarindo! Arnold & his staff was the best host—so helpful with planning excursions, transportation, and dinner recommendations. The rooms were spotless, and the added bonus of breakfast was so delicious. The entire place felt safe and clean, and we loved the peacocks and house kitty, which made the stay even more special. Getting into town and exploring the area was super easy. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return!

Most amazing stay I’ve ever had. This place is beautiful, clean, modern, and just truly perfect. I have zero complaints and would recommend this hotel 1000 times to anyone. Arnold is the most amazing host and so helpful with planning out days. And breakfast with the chef on the property is incredible. 10/10 reccomend.
