We had a lovely stay at Le Christiana! We had a comfortable room for the four of us with beautiful views of the mountains. A short walk to the regular navette to get up to the ski station after breakfast. A lovely pool to relax in after a day's skiing and a delicious dinner in the evenings in the restaurant. What more can you ask for. Merci a tout l'equipe!

We spent 4 days and 3 nights in this hotel between the city center and a small track. Clean hotel with an indoor swimming pool with a view of the mountains. We really recommend it and thank you again to the staff who were very kind and available.

Horrible! Went for 2 night and never again. First night no hot water and there was water damage to the sinks, so we had to go to another room at the end of the hallway to use a sink. Second day we spent the whole morning with a plumber in our room doing the repair work on this water damage. The negative points are not over: They sell a heated swimming pool that is not heated at all. At the bar, I tried to go twice and both times there was no one to serve (during opening hours). Average restaurant except more expensive than at Bocuse. Restaurants in town are better and cheaper. The sheets are very old. Questionable higienes at the restaurant level, because when we went to dinner we found a stamp between the dishes. Uneducated owner yelling at customers. To finalize, they wanted to charge us for an extra breakfast because we were not warned not to take it. And yes, our reservation without breakfast, in the owner's mind we had to warn him that we do not want to eat breakfast.

Superb stay with two small children. The hotel is superbly located and ideal for a family weekend. The family room is well organized. Breakfast is very good and children's facilities available. The team also took great care of us to ensure that our stay went as smoothly as possible.

Piscine intérieur très bien, piscine extérieure moyen manque d'entretien, moquette au sol pas trop sain , pommeau de douche défectueux, par contre petit déjeuner excellent, en milieu de nuit et sur le matin un bruit assez fort nous a réveillé c'était très incommodant .... accueil très bien

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre de Villard de Lans. Chambre agréable, bonne literie, et très propre. L'établissement propose deux piscines, couverte et découverte. Bon petit déjeuner. Accueil agréable et disponible pour répondre à un besoin éventuel.

Il est dommage que pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, l’accueil et la qualité des chambres ne soient pas au niveau. J'ai réservé en direct PAR TELEPHONE une chambre pour 3 adultes singles, et ON SE RETROUVE AVEC UN LIT DE CAMP pour la 3ème personne !!! En faisant la remarque le lendemain matin, on m'a juste répondu que c'était comme celà, indiqué sur le site internet, et qu'il n'avait pas d'autre solution. J'ai insisté pour avoir une amélioration du lit (matelas supplémentaire, ...), on m'a juste dit que c'était impossible, et j'ai juste eu le droit à avoir une couverture mise en place sous le matelas !! Aucune compassion, aucun geste commercial !! Est-ce du fait qu'il y avait un gros évènement à Villard de Lans ce WE là, que du coup le remplissage de l’hôtel est devenu prioritaire sur la qualité d'accueil? Pire expérience d'accueil et chambre sur le plateau du Vercors !!
