La résidence possède un parking souterrain 1m90 max ( payant) mais top qd on arrive comme nous avec 1m50 de neige au village !! Bonne situation proche du centre ville et des navettes... Une salle de jeu avec baby-foot billard et table de ping pong....mais bémol fermé à 19h..un peu trop tôt !!

L'emplacement de la croix Margot est parfaitement situé et permet de se rendre à pied dans le village sans aucun souci. L'accueil par Françoise est comme d'habitude au top. Merci

La résidence est idéalement placée par rapport au centre de la station de Villard de Lans. L'équipement des logements est très satisfaisant et fait oublier le mobilier un peu daté qui mériterait d'être changé. La piscine, bien que petite, permet de se rafraichir.

Résidence très cosy, idéale pour les familles, bien placée par rapport au centre ville car située hors zone des activités touristiques et vue sur montagne et quartier résidentiel. De plus, elle est pourvue d'une petite piscine à ciel ouvert, d'un local de jeux (ping-pong, baby foot et dispose d'un parking couvert sous-terrain facile d'accès. L'accueil est très sympathique et le rapport qualité prix très juste. Les mobiliers et équipements des appartements bien que simples et d'époque pour certains sont confortables et bien entretenus. Nous fréquentions cette résidence il y a plus de 10 ans et de retour cet été, même si le gestionnaire a changé, nous étions heureux de la retrouver et nos enfants de la découvrir...
