The location of the hotel is 30 minutes from Madrid Airport, suitable for a stopover overnight. There is nowhere to go around, if you go to the discount village, it takes 8 minutes by car. There is a parking lot, free of charge. The room is clean and tidy, and there is a bathtub The waiters are very kind.

The staff and facilities of the hotel are very good. All in general perfect. We have enjoyed it very much. They have to control a little more the bathrooms that was dirty the vater. The rest very good. Reception girls a 10. The detail of the 24-hour coffee is very good. Easy to park and free. We have been very happy. That's why we miss previous bad comments. Hotel Villa Odón's location, (in Villaviciosa De Odón) is a quiet, sleepy neighbourhood that's located on the outskirts of Madrid. The only reason why I selected this particular hotel is because I had to be in this area for an important purpose, therefore, it was the most convenient choice for us. As I normally do, I'll divide this review into the 'Positives' and the 'Negatives'. PROS: Hotel Villa Odón is a clean, orderly and well-maintained hotel. There seemed to be an expansive Conference Hall at the exterior. The lobby was very attractive, and the rooms were done in a simple, and tasteful contemporary design of royal blue, gray and wooden elements. I have to say, I've never stayed in a hotel that looked exactly like the online pictures I saw of it; both on their website, on *********** and on TripAdvisor. They were absolutely identical, just spot on uncanny! Two small free bottles of water were placed by the kettle and complimentary tea accoutrements. The bathroom was small, but had excellent finishing. The shower's water pressure was incredible, steady and super strong! Another feature I liked about the hotel was that it had refillable containers of shower gel, hand soap and shampoo. This proved very convenient, because you didn't have to deal with those pesky miniature tubes which can be really annoying sometimes. I think this is the first and only hotel that I've ever seen offer liquid hand soap and it was great!👌🏽 I normally travel with my own because I hate using those pint size soaps they have, so this was perfect. The staff at Hotel Villa Odón are courteous and polite. We were checked in by JAIME, and later met SUSANA and LAURA- (with the cool pink/maroon dyed hair). 😎 Susana and Laura were all very helpful and professional. At Clover 35 Odón, (seemingly the hotel's sole restaurant), we interacted with JESUS and CRISTOBAL. These guys were really sweet and friendly. At the breakfast buffet in Clover 35 Odón, they had a hot chocolate machine with a brand called 'Perugina Perugia', which dispensed the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had the pleasure of tasting in my life! ☕️🍫😋 This hot chocolate was sublime; so dark, sweet, rich, and silky smooth to the point of being slimy even!🤤 It was absolutely phenomenal and I looked forward to several cups of that every morning! Every staff member at the hotel, (including Housekeeping) always greeted you with an 'Ola' and a lovely smile. My daughter enjoyed the 2 meals she had at Clover 35 Odón Restaurant. She had Solomillo de Vaca Foie Fresco, (a thin steak) and Lomo Salmón Marinado en Teriyaki Ahumado Y Tallarin de Calabacin, (a salmon dish). CONS: As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the location of this hotel is not exactly ideal; especially if you're a tourist in Madrid. Villaviciosa de Odón is more or less an industrial type suburb with tons of warehouse like offices and what appeared to be factories, or at least their headquarters or the main branches of national compan

This hotel location is suitable for shopping in the shopping village, which is very convenient, but it is not suitable for sightseeing. It takes 20 kilometers to the urban area. It is very quiet and convenient for parking.

I ve faced with a Terrible staff at the reception. We are a family with 2 kids . We get 2 rooms. We have arrived to the hotel after dinner. One of the keys did not work . I took it and take it to the lady at the reception and asked politely to assign the key again. She checked and with a sullen face said that”this is the other rooms key” . Altough we have already checked the other room as well, I said ok, go back and try once more, it still did not work. Than turn back to the reception again. There were two customers waiting Infront of the reception. I apologized them and said to the lady that this key does not work. She said that ,with a face and a voice , as if she is an angry and ugly faced teacher that will give a stick! , ”You have to wait before these customers”. She tried to command. Despite I apologize to the people waiting Infront of the desk and my kids was sleeping on our shoulder, we had this disservice. One worker may not reflect an establishment`s manner , however this terrible and unacceptable service is the hotel's fault. A customer is the most important value of an establishment , and everybody work for have to know that. As a result ”She hit the wrong stone !

More than I thought, the boss is warm, the room is from the villa remodeling, but the room is large, the windows are large and airy, there is air conditioning, the surrounding is a high-class villa, very quiet, driving to the discount village about 20 minutes, driving It takes about 10 minutes to go to the shopping center. It is a good choice for self-driving tour, and it is very good.

The location is relatively close to las Rozas village, next to the gas station, you can get there directly when you get off the highway, there is free parking, the room is larger and more comfortable, there is also an elevator, there is a breakfast buffet the next day, and the front desk is also fluent in English , Very good communication. This one is another one we ordered on Ctrip. I found out that someone said I didn’t make a reservation, so I exchanged it with the customer service temporarily, and the customer service made up the price difference, which is very good~

We went one night, knowing that it was on the outskirts of Madrid, but we wanted to leave the car in a comfortable place. It has parking at the hotel itself for approximately €6/night but it also has parking at the door without having to pay. It is a 5-minute walk from the Puerta del Sur metro station (line 10 Metrosur), which takes you to the center in 40 minutes. The hotel is very clean and renovated. The room has a sizeable bed, and smartTV. The bathroom is pretty good too. It has 24-hour free coffee and tea at reception, a nice touch. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, they gave us recommendations and helped us with everything. The night for two, 55 euros. Totally recommended, we will return without a doubt.

Definitely a business hotel on the outskirts of Madrid in a fairly unattractive location. Rooms comfortable with a weird glass boxed shower right in the middle. Sort of looks cool but novelty soon wears off. Breakfast was bad, wifi good. It's a taxi ride from anything. Well, maybe a 10 minute walk from a KFC. So overall, price reasonable, service fairly good, rooms fine. Don't stay there unless you've got a reason to be in the neighbourhood.
