The hotel is not bad but be aware if you plan to share a room because the “twin beds” are so close they are basically a queen bed divided in two and the bathroom is totally exposed - including the shower and toilet. I really dont know why they sell rooms with twins beds. It just does not make sense. And it annoys me that they are not able to do anything to make things better when someone is frustrated with that embarrassing situation. Also, there is a non-stop small noise that probably comes from ventilation system.

Fantastic Hotel. Beautiful views. Friendly helpful staff. Food and Wine were outstanding. What a fantastic place for a break. Room was large beautifully decorated. Room Rates were good value at this time of year. A very big thank you to hotel and staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect place for our overnight stay on arrival in Spain. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings within their own vineyards and overlooking the Sierra Nevada. They produce three reds, rose and a white wine, the red wine being classified as Bronze, Silver and Gold. I preferred the white wine to the rose for pre-dinner drinks and we also tried the Silver and the Gold red wines, both delicious. The Gold would go well with a jolly good steak. The Silver was our choice for dinner, not so high on the tannins and thoroughly enjoyable. We went for the half board including dinner and the set menu was extremely good. You would be well advised to arrive hungry as the menu includes starter, fish course (big) followed by meat course (big too) and pudding. Our bedroom was quite small but modern and comfortable with a good quality shower room. I think there are larger rooms in the hotel too. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful with my practically non existent Spanish language. We booked an underground parking space for 6 euros but there was plenty of outdoor parking so we didn't really need this. I imagine it is more useful in the hot summer weather. Would we go again? Yes, absolutely.

From arrival reception, to our hotel room, the winery/cellar tour & wine tasting, to the evening meal serving 18 of us with 4 courses, right up to breakfast and our departure, none of us could fault any thing.

I can only talk about the restaurant. We have been on a business trip, and the last stop was to eat at this winery. We are 42 diners. As for the place, it is super nice, clean, tidy and quiet and with very beautiful views. As for the food, it has all been very good and tasty, the pairing was perfect, and as for the service, it has been masterful and unmatched. There were 2 waitresses and a waiter, all three provided excellent service with unbeatable professionalism and delicacy. We know one of them is called Monica because we have heard her name, because of course this girl named Monica and her two service colleagues have done an honorable job. When you arrive at a place tired for so many miles, you stop to eat and continue your route, and you find yourself in a place like Bodegas Señoría de Nevada, and a service of waitresses who have never lost their smile, serve you with that peace, tranquility and kindness, it is like receiving a breath of fresh air and strength to continue on your path. A million thanks to the service and the kitchen team. Congratulations.

The food is excellent and so is the service. It is a quiet place, with very good views and a lot of professionalism. In Granada it is comparable to the Ruta del Veleta (for quality and good service), but with more charm. There is no tasting menu, but the quality and preparation of the dishes is a 10.

We stayed Tuesday January 10, 2023 in this establishment. The hotel is located among the vineyards in a quiet location. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. If the establishment is pretty overall, the room given to us was aging, which is a shame. The bedding is not particularly comfortable, well that's just me. The value for money is not in line with the experience offered.
