Villa Carlotta is a beautiful haven away from the crowds and traffic of Agrigento. This small hotel is more of a home for a few days and it provides a perfect spot.

Nice yard and pool. Nice breakfast. Rooms ok, but some are below geound level, which is not described online.

We stayed one night with 3 children (7, 10 and 12) on our way back to Catania, but would have liked to stay much longer. The room was big and clean, the sorroundings were quiet and beautiful, the pool was great, the host was very friendly and the breakfast was the best, we have had in a long time. Actually we all agreed that this was the best place, we have stayed in Sicily, and we really hope to come back!

The room is big but very basic.
The toilet was leaking when pressed the button.
Water was not hot enough for shower.
Shower door couldn’t be closed properly.
Water was running out into the room.
I hope it just happened to me.
However, the breakfast was nice and the garden is big.

Just beautiful.
What a great place to spend a few relaxing days. The host, Fausto, is just fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious and bright. The rates are affordable. I loved everything about it.

A pleasant place to stay
Villa Carlotta is surrounded by well-kept lovely gardens, with a good sized swimming pool to swim and relax by. There was plenty of parking space too, inside a locked entrance for added security. The room was good, but the bathroom was showing signs of a little age and could do with a freshen-up, however it was clean and ideal for our one night stay. In the morning the breakfast was nicely prepared by the attentive owner, outside under a light awning which was very peasant indeed. It was just a short drive to the temples, the town centre and to the nearest restaurant, named Kokalos, who serve up fantastic pizzas.

The villa is located in the out-outskirts of Mose, which is a town near Agrigento. Its about 10 min. drive to the Valley of the Temples and 20 min. drive to the Agrigento Historic Center. The villa is beautiful, with large gardens and a pool. The room was standard and toiletries sparse.There is a fridge in the room but there are no hot-beverage preparation facilities, not in the room and not in the common kitchen, When we asked for a kettle, we were given a small pan to boil water in, like in the old days! Breakfast was very good, the best we had in all the B&B we stayed in Sicily, We stayed 1 night, and there was a dripping irritating noise all night. It came from the water drainage of the AC, which instead of flowing outsides, I flows into a plastic bin in the room itself!
