We highly recommend this B&B! Chris' breakfasts were amazing. The service and hospitality by Nicole and Chris is unmatched. The views of Bell rock and the Courthouse are even better than represented on the website. And there are several great hiking trails just steps from the property. The hosts at Canyon Villa are extremely knowledgeable about the area and are always eager to share their insights. Whether you are looking for the best hiking trails, shopping spots, or astronomical sites such as the Lowell Observatory, they have a wealth of information to offer. Their recommendations for scenic drives are particularly noteworthy, providing guests with the opportunity to explore the stunning landscapes of Sedona (including the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and Cathedral Rock). Moreover, the hosts are on-site and readily available to answer any and all questions, ensuring that you have everything you need for a perfect stay.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast in Sedona this week, and it was truly one of the most memorable lodging experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality. Nicole, the host, was an absolute highlight of our stay. She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She offered great local recommendations and helpful advice that really enhanced our Sedona experience. The room was spectacular, offering a picture-perfect view of Bell Rock. Waking up to that scenery every morning was incredible. Even better, the location couldn’t be more convenient for outdoor lovers – hiking trails were literally steps from the property. We walked out the front door and within 30 minutes we were on top of Courthouse Rock. Unbeatable! The breakfasts were phenomenal, thanks to Chris’s amazing cooking. Each morning was a new treat, made with care and bursting with flavor. The kitchen was always stocked with snacks and goodies throughout the day, which added an extra touch of thoughtfulness. Every detail at Canyon Villa was clearly designed with guests in mind. The setting, the service, the food, the views—it all came together to create an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Nicole and the Canyon Villa team, for such a wonderful stay!

We highly recommend this inn. It's wonderful location, and great amenities make it very special. It is located right outside bell rock and right near other trails. If hiking isn't your thing there are many other adventures to try. The food here is sooooo delicious with a chef made breakfast every am and 3 pm goodies daily. The rooms are very nice with spectacular views and beautiful pool weather permitting. The inn keeper and chef are so welcoming and knowledgeable..highly recommended

I was not even allowed to stay there as Canyon Villa’s reservation system, communication and frankly the manager, Nicole, seem to be a big mess. I put in a 3 nights reservation for 3 people, including my 14 yrs old child, after specifically checking with Nicole, over the phone, about their policy allowing kids 10 yrs old and above, as posted on the website. She told me it was fine even though sofas are uncomfortable. Over 2 later phone calls, she has been backpedaling big time, first declining a reservation for a 4th time in another room, and then cancelling (unprompted) my first 3 nights altogether on the grounds that the room cannot accommodate the 3rd person. Nicole’s tone was rude and patronizing. How about admitting a mistake and finding an acceptable solution like all good hospitality professionals would do? Canyon Villa’s child policy is bogus - they don’t want any (what’s wrong with Sedona as this is quite widespread?). Their communication is misleading and even the manager cannot make sense of it. Even worse, they potentially gave my room away to someone else or bungled another conflicting reservation. Avoid at all rate!

We had an amazing time in Sedona thanks to Kris and Nicole of Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast. Our room was quiet and very comfortable with spectacular views of Sedona's Red Rocks. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious; Kris and Nicole were attentive without being intrusive. Their suggestions of where to go/what to see were spot on. We had an unfortunate flat tire and Kris went above and beyond to inflate it for us and keep us moving. We can't wait to go back!

Chris and Nicole were wonderful hosts and marvelous cooks. Knowledgeable of area. This is our second time at Canyon Villa. Perfect setting and view of Bell Rock. Roms are clean and enchanting. Walkable to hiking paths. Highly recommend. We will return. Thanks
