I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The entire experience felt very private and relaxing, with an atmosphere of comfort and style. The rooms were beautifully designed, modern yet cozy, and everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, and the setting allowed me to truly connect with the beauty of nature around me. It felt like a hidden sanctuary — peaceful, authentic, and incredibly rejuvenating. This was easily one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in recent years, and I left feeling completely refreshed and grateful. such a beautiful hotel with a lovely service - a place that feels like home The breakfast was very good as well as the dinner. Our room had is own terrace - good for relaxing or looking at the nice birds and cats everywhere. The rooms are very cozy and cleaned every day

A stunning place! A beautiful, well-maintained setting for the perfect holiday in the middle of Mallorca's peaceful countryside. Stylishly decorated rooms, excellent swimming pool and free parking. First class breakfast, which you can enjoy on the outdoor terrace admiring the stunning countryside. The hotel is a short drive to nearby villages, shops and restaurants. It's definitely worth renting a car. We return here every year again and again! ＜3

The perfect place for a gateway from our busy city life! I realky enjoyed the quietness of Sa Franquesa! This place is so peaceful. The pool was never crowded. The views are amazing. They have funny animals, you can walk in the vineyards and even drink the wine they make on site. I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The pool area was nice and relaxed. All the food served at breakfast and dinner was great. The kids had a great time and overall just a very nice relaxing place. The staff were very friendly and despite the hotel being relatively small, it catered for all of our needs. And offered good value.

A wonderful relaxing place. The hotel is beautiful, in a lovely rural setting with chickens roaming about. The rooms were huge and immaculate. The restaurant was in a gorgeous setting and the food delicious. The view of the sunset was stunning. Highly recommend the set dinner - fab quality! Cannot find any fault.

I stayed at Sa Franquesa Nova as a Solo traveler on my first trip to Mallorca. This hotel is AMAZING. The pictures do not lie. It is a gorgeous property. The staff is friendly, helpful and very resourceful. The room is perfect, I enjoyed the patio and the view of the lemon grove. The chickens are a fun touch, the rooster crows at dawn and I LOVED it! The food is delicious and the restaurant staff is so accommodating. I spent a wonderful and relaxing day at the pool, spectacular view of the vineyard and the mountains. I did not take a bike ride around the property but immediately wished I had as I drove away. I truly wished I had stayed a day or two longer. It is definitely on my Return list.

Lovely tranquil hotel surrounded by quiet countryside with only the sounds of birds and animal life. A great place to unwind and relax. We have had a warm welcome as more of a house guest than a hotel guest from the regular staff who have greeted us on both our visits and there is also access to an honesty bar with no formality. Good choice at breakfast time with variations each day, simple lunch options and a good value for money dinner menu which offers daily specials. The outside dining terrace enjoys a beautiful view of the sunset, very romantic. The rooms are varied and spacious from basic level up to suites all with private terrace, we especially liked the superior double room overlooking the picturesque gardens with lemon and orange trees. To fully enjoy the nearby towns and villages a car is recommended to get about. Nearby Arta and Santanyi are worth a visit as well as Portocolom and pretty Portopetra. We are already looking forward to our 3rd visit.
