This location was perfect for our family, we had wedding events in the area and were close to all of them. Then in our downtime we spent by the pool.

There was a large group of people travelling together. We all selected the same room options when booking and paid the same price, but some people were in a new and modern building while we were in a dark, much older building with faded carpets, beds that were very hard and we were only given 1 thin pillow. I requested additional pillows, however they were never provided. That being said, the pool and the restaurant were great. Had we been in the other building, our experience would have been much better.

The resort/view was beautiful. The food was good. There was live music poolside in the evening. Customer service was great! The receptionists even helped us get contacts for our daughter at a local optometrist after she left hers on a train

Beautiful hotel with amazing views from the castle and the new sporting area. Breakfast was beautiful staring out at the straight of Messina and the beautiful coast below. The breakfast catered to Italians and Americans I was pleased to find scrambled eggs and bacon along with delicious freshly made juices. The food was very good and featured local dishes. We stayed in the new Sporting complex which was all new and the Suite we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. In the evenings we would sit on the balcony and watch the entertainment around the pool which was quite large and beautiful. The only complaint was that the AC didn’t work very well in our building. It was a new system and had some huge glitches but the staff did a lot to accommodate us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, the place is beautiful and the staff from reception, the cleaners and wait staff did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Cheers to Antonio the lifeguard who took care of us around the pool and spoke pretty good English !

Siamo stato ospiti del resort la sera del 4 Maggio in occasione di un matrimonio. L'imponenza e la raffinatezza della struttura ci hanno subito lasciato a bocca aperta. La prima impressione positiva è stata riconfermata anche dalla ricercatezza e dalla qualità del cibo servito su una terrazza "vista Sicilia" prima e all'interno di una bellissima sala interna,sempre vista mare, poi. Il fiore all'occhiello della struttura però è sicuramente il personale, gentilissimo e disponibile, la squadra dei ragazzi di sala è veramente eccezionale. Va messo in evidenza,inoltre, lo splendido lavoro svolto dal Maitre Angelo che oltre ad essere un professionista serio e meticoloso è anche umanamente molto disponibile.

Ho trascorso 3 ore con alcune mie amiche alla Spa, completamente ristrutturata e rifinita in ogni particolare. Accappatoi e teli morbidissimi, personalmente disponibile e professionale. In più degustazione di sushi...davvero davvero waw, accompagnato da bollicine o analcolici. Percorso bellissimo, dalla sauna al bagno turco alla piscina con idromassaggio, alla cromoterapia al percorso sensoriale. Da ripetere al più presto

la recensione è relativa all'area SPA dell'hotel. Sono stata in coppia e singolarmente in due periodi diversi trovando sempre la piscina con l'acqua freddissima e l'ambiente riscaldato ben poco. In aggiunta il chiasso di bambini che si tuffavano e adulti che gridavano come se si trovassero in una piscina comunale piuttosto che in un luogo per adulti all'insegna della pace e del relax. Giovani fanciulle in costume striminzito scattavano selfie all'infinito avendo introdotto all'interno della struttura il telefonino, cosa che normalmente non puo essere portato con se'. Il kit, esiguo, prevedeva delle scomodissime ciabatte dalla forma discutibile. Ci è stata fornita una sola tisana senza i normali abbinamenti a frutta secca e l'acqua del dispenser era gjiacciata. Sono stata dimenticata in una cabina per un trattamento, e provando a chiamare dal citofono non ho trovato numeri utili per sollecitare, al che mi sono tolta il bendaggio in autonomia avendo sentito tra l'altro preoccupanti urla nei corridoi. Peccato perche ne avevo un bellissimo ricordo. Se rimangono tali le condizioni credo sia compatibile unicamente con un target di teenagers.
