The luxury suite where I stayed exceeded all my expectations.
The views from the big terrace overlooking the Messina Strait and Sicily were Spectaculars!!!
The attention to detail from our host, Francesca, was excellent.
After travelling all around the world and staying in many amazing accommodations, I could resume by saying that my whole experience staying at the luxury suite at Villa Princi was one of a kind and that I will be coming back to experience it again in not time.

Stayed one night. High up in Villa San Giovanni, 5 minutes by car from the ferry docks for Sicily. Large rooms, excellent cleanliness, very good breakfast and great kindness from the owner and family. I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent. We expected a period villa, instead it is a recently built villa. The view is directly across the narrow wullo from the balconies of the rooms. All equipped with air conditioning, very spacious. The bathroom, the dream of many: huge with a hydromassage tub overlooking the sea. The hostess is welcoming. Some notes, necessary for improvement. The entrance to the villa by car is quite narrow and you are not sure you are in the right place, on the contrary. The presence of the car at the entrance made us give up several times, really thinking that the navigator had made a mistake. Unfortunately it is the lady's car, to be scrapped unfortunately. Another note is the breakfast: too many packaged products instead of something characteristic, Italians and foreigners appreciate the authenticity of the breakfast and not the homologation. However, it was possible to ask for scrambled eggs as an alternative to the sweet breakfast. The lady and the good collaborator will certainly be able to implement the suggestions.

Unfortunately we only spent one night in this wonderful villa, located in a strategic point, a few km from everything. On the advice of the owner Francesca we went to dinner in a nearby village, Scilla. Breakfast was abundant and excellent. We decided that we will return and stay longer to enjoy Calabria.

Exceptional location with a wonderful view of the strait. the owner has always been friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean, well-kept and equipped with every comfort. Abundant breakfast also with products made by them. Even though it is close to the centre, it is very calm and you sleep in absolute silence. Super recommended.

Location eccezionale con una veduta sullo stretto. Ci accoglie la titolare in modo amichevole. Locali molto puliti e curati. Nonostante si è vicino al centro c'è molta calma e si dorme nel silenzio più assoluto. Si trova nei pressi dell'imbarco dei traghetti. Lo consiglio.
