Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viel freundlicher wie man es sonst erlebt. Das Abendessen muss man unbedingt dazubuchen es ist einfach fantastisch. So wie auch das Frühstücksbuffet für jeden etwas bereitstellt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo hotel dal 2 all’8 Dicembre scorso per visitare i mercatini di Natale nei dintorni. È stata una esperienza gratificante perché non ci aspettavamo da un 3 stelle tanta qualità, tanta professionalità oltre alla pulizia nelle camere e in tutti gli ambienti, all’interno dello stesso, nel quale abbiamo soggiornato. Una cucina gourmet buonissima in tutte le cene che abbiamo usufruito nel nostro soggiorno, colazioni abbondanti cn materie prime freschissime. Una stanza grandissima, ben coibentata e insonorizzata (non serviva perché la pace e il silenzio di questo posto non lo richiedeva). Ottimo parcheggio per i clienti, abbiamo sempre trovato posto anche rientrando più tardi di tutti gli altri clienti. Il personale di servizio SEMPRE gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consigliamo vivamente per vacanze in famiglia e non. Torneremo sicuramente in estate per godere dei panorami e dei luoghi bellissimi che abbiamo visitato, liberi dalla neve.

Hotel a 3 stelle che potrebbe anche essere "S" superior. Punto di forza il cibo: colazione ottima e varia, cena con antipasto a buffet notevole e portate curate. Carta dei vini davvero infinita! Peccato per la serata dei dolci a buffet, noi arrivati di giovedí e la proposta era il martedí....mah! Stanze pulite e calde Sauna spaziosa e comoda. Lo consigliamo

Per noi è la quarta volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura. A distanza di alcuni anni devo confermare l'ottima professionalità di tutto lo staff, Martin il proprietario in primis. Stanze belle, pulite e confortevoli. Mezza pensione Top! Funzione anche il centro benessere. Ottima posizione. Consigliatissimo. Prezzi nella media e rapportati ai servizi offerti.

ottimo! camere curate ampie spaziose e ben insonorizzate, ottima pulizia e cura dei dettagli, colazione abbondante con un buffet molto ben assortito fra dolce e salato. ps, l'unica piccola nota riguarda i cuscini, quelli in dotazione sono molto, troppo soffici (tipo piuma) e non c'è un alternativa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo:Dall' accoglienza al cibo,alla professionalità è tutto impeccabile. Per la prima volta abbiamo assaporato il folclore Trentino a 360°con pietanze tipiche e innovative,accompagnate dalla musica dal vivo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Adatto a che vuole vivere il vero turismo esperienziale.

Frequentiamo da anni l’Alto Adige ed a mio avviso è il migliore albergo che abbiamo soggiornato. Struttura gestita in modo eccellente, come superlativo e’ tutto quello che ne fa parte, dalle camere alle squisite pietanze servite a colazione e cena. L’attenzione verso il cliente è indescrivibile. Essendo mia moglie intollerante al lattosio, hanno preparato per lei ogni sera una cena specifica con prodotti dedicati. Grazie ancora,saremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo vostri ospiti,magari per un periodo più lungo.
