Buena la atención de las chicas de recepción, normal para la relación precio servicio .es muy buena la ubicación y tiene un supermercado muy grande a la vuelta y la calle principal también está a la vuelta

la atencion de todos ha sido excelente, siempre atentos para que la estadia fuera de lo mejor, muy buen desayuno y la limpieza ha sido impecable, tambien disfrutamos de la piscina con el agua calentita, Es para recomendar Realmente cuando vuelva a Gesell sin dudarlo voy al Hotel San Remo

Tiene buena fachada pero no es lo que parece. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque habia un olor a humedad insoportable. Nos dieron una habitación nueva con la que hay que abrir la puerta de una patada. El caño del lavamanos perdía, todo el baño mojado. Las toallas con manchas, las frazadas con olor a humedad, muy poco cuidado. Pésima atención, desayuno muy básico, muy poco cuidado. Las puertas de los baños, tanto de la habitación como las de abajo, no cierran. Moho y humedad por todos lados. La pileta lo único que safa.

El desayuno: el café aguado, no hay frutas y no disponen de lugar para toda la gente en el comedor. Limpieza no hay, Para dos de las camas individuales no nos dieron cubrecama ni almohada. Falta personal y organización. La calle de entrada al hotel no tiene mantenimiento, los autos quedan encajados. La cochera se cobra aparte y debes esperar entre 15 y 20 min que alguien abra.

Un desastre todo! Cables colgando, cortinas asquesosas del año 80, telarañas por todos lados, muebles rotos, un dia sin agua caliente, otro dia se rompio una canilla, la comida un asco… todo te daba asco… suciedad y desidia, cero mantenimiento! Me cobraron 30000$ mas q lo que figuraba wn booking. Una real estafa! Me cobraron como si hubiera ido a un hotel 4 estrellas y es menos 10

Me estafaron, instalaciones detruidas, la pileta con moho, suciedad por todo el hotel, mala atención de los empleados y como si esto fuera poco, a mitad de la noche apareció un ratón en la habitación.

Pésima estadía, contratamos 7 dias y nos quedamos solamente 2, ya que además de estar en pésimas condiciones edilicias y de limpieza, nos apareció un ratón en la habitación, nos mordió toda la comida, un desastre. Los empleados del hotel ignoraron la situación, en 2 hs ya había otros huéspedes en esa misma habitación. Decepcionante!

El Hotel esta bien ubicado, antes de la pandemia lo visitamos (2019) estaba excelente, la pileta climatizada estaba muy bien, el desayuno y la habitacion tambien. Volvimos este año y no estaba en las mismas condiciones, esta mas descuidado, la pileta practicamente no se puede usar. El desayuno estaba muy bien y la atencion de las chicas es muy buena. De seguro la pandemia lo empobrecio y no pudieron acondicionarlo. Si la idea es pasear y estar poco tiempo en el hotel en relacion precio/cochera/desayuno lo vuelvo a elegir.

El hotel,no puede estar habilitado en esas condiciones... cucarachas.humedad,cerradura rotación,arena por todos lados, sábanas sucias, etc, etc...quieren que siga escribiendo.. me estafaron, en ese y en el Cariló... no hay agua, no anda el inodoro, no tiene agua caliente....es decir no me pude bañar..algo más..desayuno con pan viejo... lo peor que viví en un hotel.. y cómo era fecha de Carnaval a un precio descomunal
