It is not a 4 star hotel. poor breakfast. The apartment is not as seen in the photo. I noticed it small and not clearly because the main window overlooks a corridor. It is not value for money. We don't feel comfortable.

I wanted to mention my disagreement with you, the truth is that I knew that I was going to stay in such an old apartment and not in a "VIP SUITE" as you mention in the images, nor was I traveling to your city. We felt like we were fooled over and over again, the first time canceling our stay because of a group of Jews and the second time offering us a beautiful room and giving us a pigsty. Not only that what they publish in the images and service is not real, but it does not even look like a 4-star hotel. After they canceled the stay I had reserved, we went to Fonte Arcada, another 4-star hotel near their area and the truth was that it was up to par as they offer it. We usually go to Tequendama and we always have a good time. Unfortunately, we are outraged at having received such undignified service from you. We sincerely felt that it was impossible to mistake an apartment for a VIP suite. I send a screenshot of the voucher with the type of suite that they offer us and an image of the suite that they publish so that they can compare with room 308 which they gave us. Totally disgusted.
