Absolutely the worst experience that I had in my life. A shame, cause the place have a great potential. We arrived at 6:30 pm and we didn't receive our room until 9:30 pm, and the worst is what the receptionists did during this 3 hours window. First of all, there were 3 kids on the reception desk, and we've been attended by the 2nd youngest (also, there was no a single manager to talk with). We've been explained the rule of the hotel, which took a good amount of time, and they explained to us that room wouldn't been clean every day, due to covid restrictions, but nobody in the office were wearing a mask 🤨 (we later founded out that in reality the problem was that the hotel expanded too quickly without expanding the staff, and this news came from another oldest receptionist 2 days later). The 4 of us then, 1 couples of parents and 1 of sons, are been assigned 2 rooms in the "superior" part of the hotel. The problem was that when we arrived, the room where totally incomplete, and I mean, there were workers Inside! The rooms were dirty of paint, construction dust, had leaking on the ceiling in one case, didn't have hot water. So we went back, to ask if this was a mistake (meanwhile the same receptionists made us wait long time cause other customers kept arriving). So the 2nd youngest passed the ball to the youngest girl, which confusing started to walk back and forth from the reception to the rooms, to "control" the situation (the rooms are around 500mt from the reception). After around 40 minutes of wait, they tried to assign us 2 other rooms of the same complex, but when we went to them, again we found out the same situation. Dirty, workers on them and no hot water in one. So we want back again to the desk and tried to talk with a manager, and the first receptionist responded that she was sorry, couldn't do more at this point and she wouldn't pass the phone number of the manager, to which they where talking all this time trough the phone, explaining that was in holiday and didn't wish to talk to us. End of the story, 3h later, we've been assigned 3 other rooms, from which we could choose, and we had to accept them in those conditions, cause otherwise we wouldn't have a place to sleep, after 13h driving, cause was bank Holiday in Argentina. The day after we recall the reception and ask to send someone to fix the hot and cold water. For us was the first time we live a bad experience like this, but there is a first time for everything. Now that you know a bit more, I hope won't be yours.
