Es un hotel en donde si pagas con tarjeta de crédito. Te cobran doble. Ya me paso. No han querido reversar el pago a pesar de ser un error del establecimiento. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Tuve que pagar doble. Mucho cuidado cuando paguen. Llevo 20 días sin ninguna solución. Pésimo.

El hotel es muy bonito, aseado, habitación amplia pero éramos los únicos huéspedes. Solo ofrecían el desayuno de resto habría que salir a buscar alimentación porque no hay servicio de restaurante. Atendido por una sola persona que atiende recepción, habitaciones y todo lo demás. La zona en que asignaron la habitación no tenía agua caliente y deberíamos salir a otra habitación para ello No hicieron tampoco reembolso. Con una mejor promoción y más empleados que lo atiendan sería una muy buena opción.

El servicio es pésimo. Me asignaron en una habitación sin agua caliente. Les solicité que me reacomodaron en otra habitación o solucionaran el problema del agua. No hicieron nada y no me pude bañar durante mi estadía. No recomiendo este hotel.

Lo buscamos fuera de Villa de Leyva por su descanso. Pero esa noche estaban en una reunión social y nos afectó el ruido. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y el confort en el cuarto adecuado. Fuimos en febrero 21
