The staff is super friendly, always attentive to make you feel very good. The wet area is comfortable and the massages are excellent. It is a very good option to go and relax throughout the hotel in its lounges. I loved it, I will return!

A hotel that is home to the Duruelo convention center hotel. Unfortunately, due to some error in communication with the person who made the reservation, we were not able to stay at the convention center headquarters, we had to stay at Casa del Carmen where they do not have ample parking and cars only enter in order of arrival. If only 4 cars fit. The floorboards squeak horribly and the noise of people drinking in the early morning in front of the green area of ​​the hotel is really uncomfortable, we were awake for almost two hours in the early morning due to the noise of people drinking and the echo of All the noise in the room window. The breakfast restaurant service was rescued, very good, the cleanliness, the sheets and towels of good quality. Dogs can enter the rooms but do not let them run loose and do not make noise because it is not allowed. Zero recommended for people with pets or companion animals. For that price they can pay for a better hotel that really loves our furry friends and where they can enjoy their days off with them. We also visited and walked around the facilities of the Duruelo hotel, which are actually spacious and quiet. I also didn't like the convention center, the San Roque house where people who travel with pets must leave them there due to hotel policies (they are spaces with a gate and lock for your pet) this place does not have anyone aware of the animals and they must be left there during the day and at night so you cannot enter the common areas or rooms with them. Only in the exterior spaces of the hotel can you walk with them. I suggest being very careful when making your reservations so that you can be sure of being at the correct hotel location. If you want to be 100% with your pets, forget about staying there.
