If I could warn you anything, it's not to stay here! We wanted to live a different experience than usual, we decided on this place because it is new and because they show you a totally different image on social networks, which you should expect. First, I have nothing against the service since everyone was friendly and tried to do a pleasant stay. When we arrived we found that there was no electricity, the power came on around 5:00 pm, for this we decided to go out to eat on the way back we wanted to go into the jacuzzi, but... what was the surprise...? that it was turned off and that we had to have warned at least 45 minutes before if we wanted to get in. -*To access the jacuzzi it is a real odyssey to climb all those stairs that when you are halfway done you are left wondering if you feel like continuing up. Hahaha My cabin was the one that had a view of the river and you could see from the floor why there is a very cool glass and everything sounds sensational but there was no artificial river, it was not in operation. The heating in cabin #8 was managed from reception since no matter how much we moved it we could never control it, we talked and they set it to temperature. At night around 11:00 it turned off again and there was no response, We had to endure the cold... We left very disappointed from our weekend as a couple, being a totally terrifying experience. They are missing a lot and really, by the time they have been there, they should know their mistakes.

Un lugar hermoso, limpio, buen servicio, la comida está súper deli, la vista era increíble. Una experiencia única ya que los árboles están dentro de tu habitación excelente para un fin de semana y desconectarte. Sin dudarlo volveríamos con más tiempo, los masajes súper recomendados, sin duda tienes que tomar uno!

El lugar está increíble! Muy cómodo, tranquilo, el personal muy servicial, tiene muy buenos desayunos y sin duda volvería!! Ideal para irte a relajar, es una experiencia única en medio de la naturaleza

El hotel esta super bonito, las camas y la ropa de cama están super cómodos y geniales, super recomendado, ademas los dueños del hotel son muy amables y se preocupan en todo momento por que la pases muy bien.

Fue una experiencia increíble, amenidades de lujo desde las toallas jabón, shampo , cama, blancos etc se sienten de muy buena calidad, el personal muy amable, el area de Jacuzzi tienes vistas panorámicas con un atardecer que no te puedes perder y los desayunos están muy ricos, el pan de la casa que ya va incluido por la mañana inigualable 👌🏻
