The breakfast is of high quality with a good variety. Convenient location near Milan and Malpensa Airport. Comfortable rooms with good-sized beds. Excellent staff service and attention.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. While I understand that 4-star hotels in Italy might not always match the standards of those in Croatia, this experience was far below my expectations. Firstly, the breakfast was critically poor. The only options available were croissants, a single type of salami and cheese, bread, spreads, one type of coffee, juice, and water. For those with lactose intolerance, there were no alternatives provided, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The room itself was acceptable, spacious, and clean, but we encountered a major issue on our last night. In the middle of the night, someone broke into our room. We woke up to find the floor flooded with water and the door wide open. Thankfully, nothing was stolen as we woke up in time, but such an incident is highly alarming and unacceptable. The staff's response the next morning was dismissive; they simply said they would check into it, which was very disappointing. While the lobby and courtyard were beautiful, and the rooms large and tidy, these positives cannot outweigh the severe security lapse and the poor breakfast experience. We had a view of a construction site, which was fine given that we didn't pay for a room with a view. We had initially planned to stay in a 4-star hotel but changed our minds the day before the trip, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. Additionally, my review has been deleted twice, which is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I am at a loss for words to express my frustration with this entire situation.
