Beds are stiff and cold, very expensive, waste of money, and lazy / rude staff. Water from the taps was muddy. I cannot recommend staying here to anyone. Breakfast is acceptable to be fair, bit doesn't make up for the terrible night of sleep.

Es un hotel que quiere ser de lujo pero se queda en el camino . Hermoso edificio, de epoca. Lobby muy bien decorado con espectaculares vistas. Este año renovaron la decoración de las partes comunes. Me quede en un modulo con marido e hijo. Falta renovar. Muebles viejos, alfombra vieja, camas incomodas. Baño sin lugar de apoyo. La heladera no andaba bien. Vinieron 3 veces a arreglarla. No había internet en la habitación! Nos quejamos varias veces pero lo unico que decian es “que raro”. Tienen 2 restaurantes y 1 bar. Hans, el restaurante supuestamente de calidad es caro para la calidad de comida que ofrece. La atención es buena pero tienen mucho x mejorar. En la puerta no hay nadie que ayude con las valijas. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en el cerro pero es caro para lo q ofrece. Mucho para mejorar.

Minha primeira vez vendo neve e aprendendo a andar de snowboard simplesmente uma sensação muito boa, uma das melhores viagens da minha vida, gostei tanto do esporte do lugar, das pessoas, localização e logística desse lugar é incrível, comida muito boa, experimentem a croqueta do chef! não iram se arrepender!

-Chegamos em dia de nevasca em Bariloche, os taxistas disseram que não dava para chegar até o hotel de carro. Ligamos para o hotel que confirmou que não estavam chegando de carro, mas sugeriram que eu andasse um trecho com mais de 100m de neve e subida a pé (eu com 2 crianças e 2 idosas). -precisei reservar as pressas um hotel já na noite para não dormir no aeroporto. O Hotel não quis se responsabilizar segundo eles “a nevasca foi nossa culpa”. Nao fui REEMBOLSADO POR ESTA DIÁRIA. Muito me surpreende esse tipo de tratamento sendo que vimos hotéis com moto neve ou carro-esteira para levar hóspedes. -Ao chegar no hotel, muita confusão. Reservamos 3 quartos para 8 pessoas, mas nos colocaram primeiramente em 1 quarto só, depois fomos alocados corretamente. -machuquei meu joelho esquiando e custaram a me dar um quarto onde não tivesse que andar por várias escadas com neve fora do hotel para chegar no quarto. -por último, não deixaram eu me reunir com a minha família no Hall central e consumir empanadas compradas fora, mesmo consumindo cerveja do bar do hotel, segundo eles eu teria que consumir a comida ruim deles. Expulsaram-nós com as empanadas na boca. -café da manhã e comida muito ruins.

Excelente el hotel (fuimos por medio de intercambio de Rci). La limpieza de la habitación Excelente y la unidad en Excelente estado, la ubicación en la base del cerro es muy buena. Es de destacar la atención de la señora de la sala Kids, donde llevamos a nuestro hijo. El restaurante muy bueno. Las dos piletas muy lindas, solo podríamos objetar un poco más de limpieza al agua de la cubierta pero nada importante. Super recomendable para in en la temporada de verano. A unos 15/20 minutos del centro.

Todo muy bueno. El hotel tiene habitaciones con vistas espectaculares y un lobby y bar muy lindo. lo único que no es recomendable es el desayuno, ya que es muy pobre. El servicio diario es muy bueno y eficiente.

Los apartamentos bien equipados pero le falta mantención. Un poco antiguos. Imposible tomar el desayuno te lo ofrecen por $ 11.000 por personas !!!!! Y te cobran por todo aprovechando que vienen los extranjeros. Ojo con no manchar las toallas porque te cobran el cargo !!!

Muy bien ubicado a metros de la aerosilla. Comodo. Muy amable todo el personal. Muy bien internet. Podría mejorar en algunas cosas en las que se quedo en el tiempo. Los colchones hay que renovarlos. Los ruidos en los pasillos! Pero el promedio es alto
