Desastre total, nos dieron una habitación que estaba al lado de una caldera, no se podía dormir, al reclamar la empleadas del turno mañana te responden mal sin intención de solucionar, me cambiaron la habitación por una del tercer piso que da a la calle, donde te morias de calor porque el aire no lograba enfriar, encima tuve que pagar mas por el cambio , las sabanas y toallas estan grises, el desayuno pésimo, el jugo es agua con azúcar, el café no tiene gusto a nada. Para reconocer , la buena predisposición del personal de limpieza de las habitaciones!!!

Excelente todo, la habitación amplia, cómoda, cama excelente. Atención del personal muy buena, no solo amables sino muy expeditivos, atentos a cada detalle. Gracias especialmente a Natalia de recepción!!!! El desayuno muy completo El hotel es Óptimo en calidad y precio. Volveremos próximamente

Imposible dormir, se tubo que poner la colcha ara tapar un hueco en la pared. Puerta del baño podrida que se entraba el agua a la habitación. Terrible. Nos quejamos en el hotel y nos dijeron que estaban bien par alojar pasajeros.

Hotel en reciclaje, la ubicación muy buena, solo .q las habitaciones no tienen frigobar, ni apoya maleta, ni papeleras, las piscinas son frias, faltaban luces en el baño del salón de almuerzo y cena, la atención buena. El desayuno. No tenía saldo, solo dulce..

La comida muy buena. No pregunte si hacian dietas especiales, imagine que si. Las bebidas se pagan aparte. Agua caliente y aire acondicionado, excelente. Wiffi y TV buenos. Desayunos ricos pero faltaba ensalada de fruta. Enchufes para cargar el celular a los pies de la cama ( poco comodo ). Cuenta con caja de seguridad. Llaves comunes para entrar y salir de la la habitacion.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente Desayuno medio pobre...poca variedad de cosas No está adaptado para gente con movilidad reducida.. el acceso a la zona de la pileta es peligroso escalones altos rampa poco cuidada sin baranda, piso irregular.. Los escalones de la pileta tb son demasiado altos y dificulta tb el acceso para personas con movilidad reducida La cochera es amplia pero no tiene media sombra, nada... los autos al rayo del sol.. es una pena .. más allá de estas críticas el personal es muy amable y atento

No pueden tener habilitado ese hotel. Me convencieron de adquirir la habitación superior y faltan partes del piso, del zócalo, la colcha rota, incluso tuve que limpiar yo mí baño. Un solo ascensor viejo, deteriorado, La cochera es un terreno con desniveles de escombros y arena, un peligro. Me prometieron cambiar de habitación y las conserjes se hicieron las tontas. Cobran medio litro de agua caliente. No comimos la media pensión, aspecto asqueroso la comida. Me cobraron el depósito y al registrarme el resto, como para no perder. Mala atención. Las mucamas se echan la culpa una a otra. Los artefactos del baño en mal estado, picados, rotos, las toallas viejas, las sábanas no corresponden a la cama. Se salen. Calefacción inexistente. Horrible

La ubicación es excelente. frente a la Parroquia de la ciudad.Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y luminosas. El hall de entrada cómodo y con mucho lugar para el esparcimiento ... ,No usé la pileta pero se la veía bien cuidada,mucha gente la utilizaba.Es muy lindo el jardín y ofrce comodidades para disfrutarlo. Necesité atención médica y personal del hotel se preocupo para que el seguro contratado me atendiera.Edo a mí edad es muy importante ..Apenas pueda vuelvo .
