O quarto e banheiro amplos e bons, mtas tomadas no quarto, café da manhã Bom. Pontos negativos : chuveiro demora esquentar nto pq e sistema boiler, não tem duchinha no banheiro (pra mim é essencial) e pra idoso e um hotel ruim, pq tem que subir escada para os quartos e o café da manhã e no terceiro andar. Sem elevador.

Não havia tampa no vaso sanitário. Ao questionar o hotel somente responderam que um hospede quebrou, e mesmo assim nos deram esse quarto que sequer havia condições de usar o banheiro. Também havia várias formigas no banheiro. Eles não ligam o frigobar antes e também não avisam que precisa ligar, chegamos tarde e cansados e não nos atentamos a isso, por isso perdemos a comida. Café da manhã precário, e no terceiro andar, sem acessibilidade.
